Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu kurangnya kemampuan dalam melakukan gerak dasar pada tahap kaki tolak saat melewati mistar lompat tinggi gaya straddle. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar lompat tinggi gaya straddle. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan menggunakan sampel 30 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar penilaian observasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan dan efektivitas dari hasil belajar siswa menggunakan alat bantu dideskripsikan melalui tiga siklus. Siklus pertama menghasilkan nilai rerata sebesar 70. 53 dengan tingkat efektivitas 33. 08 %. Siklus menghasilkan nilai rerata sebesar 79 dengan tingkat efektivitas 49. 06 %. Siklus ketiga menghasilkan nilai rerata 86. 13 dengan tingkat efektivitas 62. The problem in this study is the lack of ability to perform basic motion at the point of the starting foot when passing through the high jump bar straddle force. The purpose of this study is to improve the basic motion of the high jump straddle force. The research method used was an action research method using a sample of 30 students. The instrument used was the observation observation assessment sheet. The results showed that there was an increase and effectiveness of student learning outcomes using tools described through three cycles. The first cycle produces an average value of 70. 53 with an effectiveness level of 33. 08 %. The cycle produces an average value of 79 with an effectiveness rate of 49.06 %. The third cycle produces an average value of 86. 13 with an effectiveness level of 62. 52 %. Keywords : assistive devices, effectiveness, style straddle
