Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kanker kolorektal adalah neoplasma ganas yang berasal atau tumbuh di dalam usus besar dan atau rektum yang menjadi salah satu penyakit keganasan dengan prevalensi tertinggi di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor risiko dengan kejadian kanker kolorektal di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli tahun 2017 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung, dengan menggunakan metode observasi analitik dan desain kasus-kontrol. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 92 responden, yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengukuran yang digunakan berupa hasil wawancara dan data rekam medis. Data diolah menggunakan uji statistik dengan tingkat kepercayaan 0,05 Hasil: Hasil uji Chi-square didapatkan terdapat hubungan antara usia (p = 0,01), aktivitas fisik (p = 0,001), riwayat merokok (p = 0,001), riwayat konsumsi alkohol (p = 0,021), dan riwayat diabetes melitus (p = 0,012) dengan kejadian kanker kolorektal. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara usia, aktivitas fisik, riwayat merokok, riwayat konsumsi alkohol, dan riwayat diabetes melitus dengan kejadian kanker kolorektal di RSUD Dr.H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci: faktor risiko, kejadian, kanker kolorektal Background: Colorectal cancer is a malignant neoplasm originating or growing in the colon and/or rectum which become one of malignant diseases with the highest prevalency in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the association between risk factors with incidence of colorectal cancer in RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung. Methods: This research was conducted from May to July 2017 at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung, using observational analytic method and case-control design. The sample on this research consisted of 92 respondents, which was determined using total sampling technique. Measurement method used in the form of interviews and the medical records. Data was processed using statistical test with 0,05 confidence level. Result: The result of Chi-square test showed that there is an association between age (p = 0,01), physical activity (p = 0,001), smoking history (p = 0,001), alcohol consumption history (p = 0,021), and diabetes melitus history (p = 0,012) with incidence of colorectal cancer. Conclusion: There is an association between age, physical activity, smoking history, alcohol consumption histoy, and diabetes melitus history with incidence of colorectal cancer in RSUD Dr. H.
