Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pabrik Selulosa Asetat berbahan baku Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) sebagai sumber selulosa, Asetat Anhidrad, dan Asam Sulfat. Direncanakan didirikan di Kabupaten Pelalawan, Provinsi Riau. Pendirian pabrik berdasarkan atas pertimbangan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Kapasitas produksi pabrik direncanakan 30.000 ton/tahun dengan 330 hari kerja dalam 1 tahun. Bahan Baku yang digunakan adalah Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) sebanyak 5.396,88 kg/jam, Asetat Anhidrad 7.059,12 kg/jam, dan Asam Sulfat 107,937 kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit pendukung proses yang terdiri dari unit penyediaan air, unit penyedia steam, sistem pembangkit tenaga listrik, unit penyedia bahan bakar, unit penyedia udara instrument. Selain itu tersedia unit pengolahan limbah dan Laboratorium. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan stuktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 193 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 677.288.238.621 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 119.521.453.874 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 796.809.692.496 Break Even Point (BEP) = 40,19% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 12,74% Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 2,28 years Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 2,70 years Return on Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 28,72% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 22,97% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 43,74% Mempertimbangkan rangkuman di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik selulosa asetat ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dan mempunyai prospek yang baik Acetate Cellulose Factory made from Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) as a source of cellulose, Anhydrad Acetate, and Sulfuric Acid. Planned to be established in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. The establishment of a factory is based on consideration of the availability of raw materials, adequate transportation facilities, easy labor and environmental conditions. The plant's production capacity is planned to be 30,000 tons/year with 330 working days in 1 year. The raw materials used are Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) as many as 5,396.88 kg/hour, Anhydrad Acetic Acid 7,059.12 kg/hour, and Sulfuric Acid 107,937 kg/hour. The provision of plant utilities needs consists of a process support unit consisting of a water supply unit, a steam supply unit, a power generation system, a fuel supply unit, an air instrument supply unit. Also available is a waste treatment unit and laboratory. The form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using line and staff organizational structure with 193 employees.
