Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Gangguan jiwa (mental disorders) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang memerlukan perawatan jangka panjang dalam proses rehabilitasnya. Terdapat 450 juta orang di seluruh dunia yang menderita penyakit ini dan 1 juta diantaranya mencoba melakukan percobaan pembunuhan terhadap dirinya sendiri. Lebih jauh lagi, setidaknya terdapat 14 juta warga Indonesia yang mengalami penyakit gangguan jiwa. Seseorang yang terkena gangguan jiwa disebut dengan survivor. Dalam proses rehabilitasinya, survivor akan dirawat di rumah sakit jiwa untuk pengobatan lebih lanjut. Apabila kondisi membaik, survivor akan dipulangkan ke pihak keluarga (caregiver). Namun, banyak sekali terjadi survivor pasca perawatan kambuh kembali dikarenakan kurangnya pengawasan terhadap kondisi survivor. Tidak hanya itu, petugas kesehatan sulit memantau kondisi perkembangan survivor yang sedang berada di luar rumah sakit atau puskesmas. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana mengembangkan sistem informasi yang dapat memantau kondisi perkembangan pasien gangguan jiwa pasca perawatan sehingga mempermudah petugas kesehatan untuk memantau dan memberikan penanganan yang tepat kepada pasien. Petugas kesehatan memantau kondisi survivor menggunakan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dengan mobile app. Dalam pengembangannya, metode yang digunakan adalah Prototyping. Kebutuhan sistem diperoleh melalui media diskusi dan wawancara langsung dengan pihak Ikatan Perawat Kesehatan Jiwa Indonesia (IPKJI) Lampung. Tidak hanya itu, sistem juga diuji menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasilnya, fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Kata Kunci: gangguan jiwa, survivor, sistem informasi, black-box testing. Mental disorders is a disease that requires long-term care in the process of rehabilitation. There are 450 million people around the world who suffer from this disease and 1 million of them try to carry out attempts to kill themselves. Furthermore, there are at least 14 million Indonesians with mental illness. Someone who has a mental disorder is called a survivor. In the process of rehabilitation, survivors will be treated in a mental hospital for further treatment. If conditions improve, survivors will be sent back to the family (caregiver). However, there are many survivors after treatment relapse again due to lack of monitoring of the survivor's condition. Not only that, but health workers also find it difficult to monitor the condition of the survivor's development when they are outside the hospital or public health center. This study discusses how to develop an information system that can monitor the condition of mental patients post-treatment development to facilitate health workers to monitor and provide appropriate treatment to patients. Health workers monitor the condition of survivors using an information system integrated with the mobile app. In its development, the method used is Prototyping. The system needs are obtained through discussion media and direct interviews with the Indonesian Mental Health Nurses Association (IPKJI) Lampung. Not only that, the system was also tested using the Black Box Testing method. As a result, the features needed to solve the problem are running as they should.
