Latar belakang: Perjalanan penyakit dengue dapat berkembang sangat cepat dalam beberapa hari, bahkan dalam hitungan jam penderita dapat masuk dalam keadaan kritis. Diagnosa infeksi virus dengue di samping gejala klinis perlu ditunjang uji darah di laboratorium. Objektif: Mengetahui hubungan jumlah leukosit dan jumlah hemoglobin dengan derajat keparahan infeksi dengue di Rumah Sakit A Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2018 Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah selurah pasien yang terdiagnosis infeksi dengue di Rumah Sakit A Dadi Tjokrodipo pada bulan Januari-Desember 2018 sejumlah 346 penderita, dengan sampel sejumlah 86 pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan catatan rekam medik, dan untuk analisis statistik digunakan uji one way anova. Hasil: Ada hubungan jumlah leukosit terhadap derajat keparahan infeksi dengue dan tidak terdapat hubungan kadar hemoglobin dengan derajat keparahan infeksi dengue di Rumah Sakit A Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2018 Kata Kunci: derajat demam berdarah dengue, leukosit, hemoglobin Background: The course of dengue can develop very quickly in a few days, even in a matter of hours the patient can enter a critical state. Diagnosis of dengue virus infection in addition to clinical symptoms need to be supported by blood tests in the laboratory. Objective: Know the relationship of the number of leukocytes and the amount of hemoglobin to the severity of dengue infection at A Dadi Tjokrodipo Hospital, Bandar Lampung in 2018 Research methods: This research is an observasional analytic cross sectional approach. The sample of the study was the total of 346 patients diagnosed with dengue infection in A Dadi Tjokrodipo Hospital in January-December 2018, with a sample of 86 patients. This study uses medical records, and for statistical analysis one way ANOVA test was used. Results: There was a correlation between the number of leukocytes on the severity of dengue infection and there was no correlation between hemoglobin levels and the severity of dengue infection at A Dadi Tjokrodipo Hospital in Bandar Lampung in 2019 Keywords: degree of dengue hemorrhagic fever, leukocytes, hemoglobin
