Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Presentase perempuan dalam struktur kepengurusan Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) baru mencapai 28,57% dan belum memenuhi amanat undang-undang tentang Partai Politik, hal ini menunjukkan kurangnya potensi dan kekuatan perempuan dalam kepengurusan dan keanggotaan Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kaderisasi perempuan Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah Provinsi Lampung. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kaderisasi perempuan Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah Provinsi Lampung dilaksanakan secara pasif, dimana (1) Pengkaderan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kader-kader yang menjadi penerus pengurus dari partai itu sendiri; (2) Pengakderan tidak menggunakan lembaga pengkaderan secara khusus hanya dilakukan oleh kader-kader lain yang lebih senior partai yang ada di DPW; (3) Jumlah orang yang mengikuti pengkaderan perempuan hanya sekitar 20% dari jumlah perempuan yang ada di DPW PKB Provinsi Lampung dengan jumlah trainer sebanyak 2-3 orang; (4) Kualitas pengkaderan perempuan di DPW PKB Provinsi Lampung diarahkan untuk membentuk kader yang solid, militan integritas dan loyalitas tinggi terhadap partai dan (5) Waktu dan biaya kaderisasi perempuan di DPW PKB tidak ditentukan secara pasti hanya berdasarkan kegiatan rutin partai, waktu dapat disesuaikan dalam pelaksanaanya. Kata Kunci: Kaderisasi, Perempuan, Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) The percentage of women in the management structure of the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) has only reached 28.57% and has not fulfilled the mandate of the law on Political Parties, this shows the lack of potential and strength of women in the management and membership of the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB). The purpose of this study was to find out the regeneration of women in the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Lampung Province Regional Leadership Council. This type of research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the regeneration of women from the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Lampung Provincial Leadership Council was implemented passifly, where (1) cadre aims to obtain cadres who are successors of party managers itself; (2) regeneration not use cadre institutions specifically only carried out by other cadres who are more senior party in the DPW; (3) The number of people participating in the cadre of women is only about 20% of the number of women in the PKB in Lampung Province with 2-3 trainers; (4) The quality of the cadre of women in the Lampung Provincial PKB DPW is directed at forming solid cadres, militant integrity and high loyalty towards the party and (5) The time and cost of regenerating women in the PKB DPW is not determined solely based on routine party activities, time can be adjusted in the implementation.
