Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Metro Merupakan badan pemerintah mempunyai tugas melaksanakan penyusunan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan daerah dibidang kesatuan bangsa dan politik. Pendidikan politik sendiri merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam penyadaran warganegara atau masyarakat untuk memahami aspek-aspek politik dari setiap permasalahan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi dan ikut mengambil keputusan di tengah medan politik. Tujuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja dari Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Metro dalam pembinaan pendidikan politik masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber informan yaitu Pegawai Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Metro, anggota Partai Politik, Wakil kepala sekolah SMAN 1 Kota Metro, dan Mahasiswa STISIPOL Darma Wacana Metro. Kinerja dari Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Metro dalam pembinaan pendidikan politik masyarakat bila diukur dari aspek Produktivitas, Responsivitas dan Akuntabilitas memperlihatkan kinerja yang baik karena penerapannya sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan. Kegiatan yang dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan masyarakat, dan bentuk pertanggungjawaban dari kegiatan yang dibuat sudah terlihat sehingga meningkatnya kepercayaan masyarakat. Bentuk pembinaan pendidikan politik dari Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa Dan Politik sendiri meliputi Pembinaan Pendidikan Politik, Pembinaan Penataan Ornamen Politik, Pembinaan cara Berkampanye dengan baik dan benar, dan Pembinaan pendidikan politik untuk pemilih pemula. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Pendidikan Politik The performance was a result of working in quality and quantity of that is achieved by an employee to carry out their assignment in accordance with the responsibility of that were given to them. Nation unity and politic city police have a duty to the government agencies and regional policy in the implementation of national unity and politics. Political education itself is very important factor in the realization of the community citizen to understand or political aspects of any problems that can influence and take decisions in the middle of the political field . The purpose is to be achieved is to find the performance of the office of national unity and politics political education city metro for developing the community . Methods used in this research qualitative descriptive method .Data collection by applying a technique that is used is interviews and documentation . With the technique used is the interview data collection and documentation .A source of informants namely employees of the office of national unity and political city metro , political party members , deputy head of SMAN 1 Kota Metro, And Student of STISIPOL Darma Wacana Metro. The performance of the office of national unity and political development in the city metro political education from the aspect of the community if measuring in productivity , responsiveness and accountability of show performance was good because its application in accordance with plans for activities. Activities that made in accordance with what is needed of the community , and the form of accountability from activities that made already seen that increasing public confidence. The education office political development of national unity and political own political guidance education, covering management, political management ornament management means campaigned with good and right education and training for political voters beginners.
