Strategi Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesawaran dalam membantu masyarakat pengrajin tapis di Kecamatan Negeri Katon adalah dengan membentuk kebijakan Peraturan Bupati nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang penetapan kawasan perdesaan berbasis sentra industri kerajinan tapis program pengembangan sentra industri kerajinan tapis di Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran merupakan salah satu program unggulan yang ada di Kabupaten Pesawaran dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, pengembangan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Peraturan Bupati nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang penetapan kawasan perdesaan berbasis sentra industri kerajinan tapis di Kecamatan Negeri Katon. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan sembilan informan yaitu meliputi Kepala Kecamatana Negeri Katon, Kasi Pengawasan dan Promosi hasil Industri, Kasi Pembinaan Industri Agro, Kasi Pembinaan Non Agro Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan, Sekretaris Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah, dan Masyarakat Pengerajin Tapis Kecamatan Negeri Katon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Bupati nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang penetapan kawasan perdesaan berbasis sentra industri kerajinan tapis di Kecamatan Negeri Katon sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik, namun dalam pelaksanaan masih di temukan kendala-kendala seperti belum meratanya pelatihan yang diberikan kepada pengrajin, dukungan permodalan, sarana dan prasarana penunjang, dan koordinasi antara stakeholder terkait belum berjalan dengan masif. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Peraturan Bupati, Industri Kerajinan Tapis. The strategy of the Pesawaran goverment in helping the community of craftsmen in Negeri Katon sub-district is by establishing the Bupati Regulation of policy number 17 years 2016 about the establishing of rural areas based on the center of tapis handicraft Industries in Negeri Katon sub-district. One of the superior programs in Pesawaran district with the aim of improving service quality, economic development and empowering rural communities. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Bupati regulation Number 17 Year 2016 about the establishing of rural areas based on the center of tapis handicraft industies in Negeri Katon sub-district. The type of the research is descriptive, with qualitative approach, the researcher involved nine speakers, namely Negeri Katon sub-district chief, Section chief of Industrial Product Supervision and Promotion office, Section chief Agro industry Development, Section chief Non Agro Development office of industry and Trade, secretary Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Office, and communities craftsmen Tapis in Negeri Katon sub-district. The Result of the study showed that the implementation of Bupati regulation number 17 year 2016 about the establishing of rural areas based on the center of Tapis industries in Negeri Katon sub-district had gone quite well, but in the implementation there was still obstacles found suchas the unven training provided to craftsmen, capital support, facilities, and infrastructure, and coordination between the stakeholder has not been massive.
