The objectives of this study are to analyze the revenue and the standard cost of the rice farm in The Way Seputih Watershed, the Province of Lampung. The respondents were randomly chosen. The data of the rice farm were collected by interviewing the respondents for the rice farms in the Rainy Season (RS) 2016/2017 and the Dry Season (DS) 2017. Data were analyzed by using the economic and financial analysis. The average produktivities were 5,90 ton/ha for RS 2016/2017 and 5,93 ton/ha for DS 2017. The average net revenues over the cash cost were Rp 18,63 million/ha for RS 2016/2017 and Rp 18,64 million/ha for DS 2017. The average net revenues over the total cost were Rp 12,05 million/ha for RS 2016/2017 and Rp 12,54 million/ha for DS 2017. The average standard cost for producing rice was Rp 4.970/kg and its 95 percent confidence interval was Rp 3.821/kg – Rp 6.119/kg paddy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan biaya pokok usahatani padi di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Way Seputih, Provinsi Lampung. Responden pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode acak sederhana. Data usahatani padi diperoleh dengan cara mewawancarai responden untuk usahatani padi pada Musim Hujan (MH) 2016/2017 dan Musim Kemarau (MK) 2017. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ekonomi dan keuangan. Rata-rata produktivitas usahatani padi yaitu sebesar 5,90 ton/ha untuk MH 2016/2017 dan sebesar 5,93 ton/ha untuk MK 2017. Rata-rata pendapatan atas biaya tunai untuk MH 2016/2017 yaitu sebesar Rp 18,63 juta/ha dan untuk MK 2017 Rp 18,64 juta/ha. Rata-rata pendapatan atas biaya total yaitu sebesar Rp 12,05 juta/ha untuk MH 2016/2017 dan Rp 12,54 juta/ha untuk MK 2017. Rata�rata biaya pokok usahatani padi yaitu sebesar Rp 4.970/kg dengan selang kepercayaan 95% antara Rp 3.821/kg dan Rp 6.119/kg gabah kering panen.
