Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar kelas IV SD Gugus Dokter Wahidin Sudiro Husodo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru persepsi peserta didik dengan hasil belajar, motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar, serta kompetensi profesional guru persepsi peserta didik dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan studi dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket dengan skala Likert yang sebelumnya diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru persepsi peserta didik dengan hasil belajar sebesar 0,517, hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar sebesar 0,409 serta hubungan kompetensi profesional guru persepsi peserta didik dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar kelas IV SD Gugus Dokter Wahidin Sudiro Husodo koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,602. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kompetensi professional guru persepsi peserta didik, motivasi belajar. The problem of this study was the low learning outcomes of the IVth grade elementary school on Dokter Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Cluster. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant relationship between teacher professional competence students' perceptions of learning outcomes, learning motivation with learning outcomes, and teacher professional competence students' perceptions and learning motivation together with learning outcomes. The type of this research was quantitative research with ex-postfacto correlation method. The technique of the collecting data used observation, questionnaire, and documentation study. The instrument of data collection was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was previously tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used product moment correlation and multiple correlations. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between teacher professional competence of students’ perceptions with learning outcomes 0.517, the relationship of learning motivation with learning outcomes 0.409 and the relationship of teacher professional competence students' perceptions and learning motivation with learning outcomes in grade IVth elementary school on Dokter Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Cluster correlation coefficient 0.602.
