Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar tema 8 subtema 1 peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model probing promting terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan berupa pretest dan posttest. Analisis data menggunakan independent sample t-test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Perhitungan hasil uji dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada penerapan model pembelajaran probing promting terhadap hasil belajar tema 8 sub tema 1 peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur” Kata kunci: hasil belajar, model pembelajaran, probing promting. The background of this study was the low learning outcomes of the themes of the 8 sub-themes of the fourth grade students of Metro Timur State Elementary School 10. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of probing promting models on student learning outcomes. The type of research used experimental research. The data collection techniques were carried out in the form of pretest and posttest. Data analysis was used independent sample t-test, and the data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that there were positive and significant effect on the application of the promting probing learning model to the learning outcomes of the themes of the 8 sub-themes.
