Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Menghadapi pemilu legislatif 2019 DPD PAN Kota Bandar Lampung harus menyiapkan caleg terbaiknya untuk didaftarkan ke KPU. Proses rekruitmen, pola rekruitmen, dan kriteria caleg harus dimaksimalkan oleh DPD PAN untuk memperoleh hasil terbaik pada pemilu 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses rekruitmen calon anggota legislatif di DPD PAN Kota Bandar Lampung. Teori yang digunakan adalah rekruitmen politik menurut Rush dan Althoff dan kriteria memilih calon anggota legislatif menurut Richard.S Katz dan William Crotty. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di kantor DPD PAN Kota Bandar Lampung. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah Wahyu Lesmono sebagai ketua DPD PAN Kota Bandar Lampung, Hendarsyah sebagai wakil ketua, dan Gustian Aziz sebagai ketua tim KPPD. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa DPD PAN memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada masyarakat untuk mendaftar sebagai caleg, baik dari internal partai maupun eksternal partai. Dari daftar 50 caleg yang telah ditetapkan, 19 orang merupakan kader partai dan 31 orang berstatus sebagai nonkader. DPD PAN mencalonkan kembali 8 caleg incumbent dengan rincian 6 caleg berasal dari PAN dan 2 caleg pindahan dari partai lain yang pada pemilu 2019 mendatang mencalonkan diri dari Partai Amanat Nasional. Kata kunci : Pola rekruitmen, Proses rekruitmen calon anggota legislatif Facing the 2019 legislative election, DPD PAN, Bandar Lampung City must prepare the best candidates to be registered to the KPU. The recruitment process, recruitment pattern, and criteria for candidates must be maximized by the PAN DPD to obtain the best results in the 2019 election. The purpose of this study is to find out the recruitment process for legislative candidates in the DPD PAN of Bandar Lampung. The theory used is politics recruitment by Rush and Althoff and criteria for choosing legislative candidates by Richard Katz and William Crotty. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research location was in the DPD PAN office in Bandar Lampung City. The informants in this study were Wahyu Lesmono as chairman of DPD PAN of City Bandar Lampung, Hendarsyah as deputy chairman, and Gustian Aziz as the head of the KPPD team. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the DPD PAN provided equal opportunities to the public to register as candidates, both from internal parties and external parties. From the 50 list of candidates, 19 were party cadres and 31 were non-cadres. The DPD PAN re-nominated 8 incumbent candidates with the details of 6 candidates coming from PAN and 2 transfer candidates from other parties who in the upcoming 2019 election ran for the National Mandate Party.
