This study aims to conduct an Evaluation of the Implementation of Village Funds in the Village of the Great Country, needed to find out relating to transparency and effectiveness of development. This research method is descriptive research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the result of interviews with research informants and the results of observations made by researchers. Secondary data in the form of reports and official documents. The results of the study show that Village Fund management through planning that prior to the implementation of the Village Fund program planning has implemented the concept of participatory rural community development as evidenced by the application of the principles of participatory, responsive, transparency. for learning the resources of rural communities in order to realize the empowerment of rural communities through the Musrenbangdes forum. Evaluation when implemented through the implementation of the principle of accountability at this stage is still limited to physical accountability, while the administration side is still not fully implemented. Evaluation after the policy is prioritized for the accountability of the Village Fund both technically and administratively is good, but in terms of financial administration accountability the competence of the human resources of the management is the main obstacle, so it still requires assistance from the Regional Government apparatus for adjusting changes to the rules every year. Keywords: Evaluation, Implementation of Village Funds Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Dana Desa di Desa Negeri Agung, di perlukan untuk mengetahui berkaitan dengan tranparansi dan efektifitas pembangunan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berupa hasil wawancara dengan informan penelitian dan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Data sekunder berupa laporan dan dokumen-dokumen resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengelolaan Dana Desa melalui perencanaan bahwa evaluasi sebelum dilaksanakan yaitu melalui perencanaan program Dana Desa telah melaksanakan konsep pembangunan partisipatif masyarakat desa yang dibuktikan dengan penerapan prinsip partisipatif, responsif, transparansi. guna pembelajaran sumber daya masyarakat desa dalam rangka mewujudkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui forum Musrenbangdes. Evaluasi pada saat dilaksanakan melalui pelaksanaan penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas pada tahap ini masih sebatas pertanggungjawaban fisik, sedangkan sisi administrasi masih belum sepenuhnya dilakukan dengan sempurna. Evaluasi setelah kebijakan diutamakan untuk pertanggungjawaban Dana Desa baik secara teknis maupun administrasi sudah baik, namun dalam hal pertanggung jawaban administrasi keuangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia pengelola merupakan kendala utama, sehingga masih memerlukan pendampingan dari aparat Pemerintah Daerah guna penyesuaian perubahan aturan setiap tahun.
