ABSTRAK ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI DALAM PENYUSUNAN PROGRAM PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN (Studi kasus. SIMNANGKIS di Badan Perencanaan PembangunanDaerah Provinsi Lampung) OLEH ADELIA PUTRI RAMADANI Perkembangan sistem teknologi informasi yang pesat saat ini menjadi peluang bagi pemerintah dalam mengatasi permasalahan, salah satunya permasalahan dalam program penanggulangan kemiskinan. Dengan pengembangan suatu sistem basis data, yaitu Sistem Informasi Penanggulangan Kemiskinan atau SIMNANGKIS diharapkan dapat menghasilkan data kemiskinan yang akurat, sehingga program penanggulangan kemiskinan dapat tepat sasaran penerimanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem aplikasi yang dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam penyusunan program penanggulangan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan indikator penerapan yakni: Pertama, pada indikator komunikasi, penerapan aplikasi Simnangkis memiliki komunikasi yang baik antar OPD sehingga kejelasan tujuan aplikasi tersebut dipahami oleh individu-individu yang bertanggungjawab dalam mencapai tujuan. Kedua, pada indikator Sumber Daya Manusia, didukung oleh SDM yang berkualitas yaitu Tim TKPK Provinsi Lampung. Ketiga, pada indikator sikap, penerapan aplikasi Simnangkis mendapat dukungan dan tanggapan yang positif dari para OPD. Keempat, pada indikator struktur birokrasi, pengawasan data kemiskinan dalam aplikasi Simnangkis dikelola dan diawasi langsung oleh Pemerintah Pusat di bawah Kementerian Sosial, sehingga data tersebut tidak dapat diupdate dan diakses secara sembarangan. Penerapan sistem ini sudah sesuai dalam mencapai tujuannya, sehingga dapat memberikan hasil yang baik dalam rangka penurunan angka kemiskinan melalui program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang tepat objek dan tepat sasaran penerimanya. SIMNANGKIS at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Lampung Province) By ADELIA PUTRI RAMADANI The rapid development of information technology systems is currently an opportunity for the government to overcome problems, one of which is problems in poverty reduction programs. With the development of a database system, namely the Poverty Reduction Information System or SIMNANGKIS is expected to produce accurate poverty data, so that poverty reduction programs can be targeted by the recipients. The purpose of this research is to find out the application system that is used as a reference in the preparation of poverty reduction programs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study using application indicators are: First, in the communication indicator, the application of simnangkis application has good communication between OPD so that the clarity of the purpose of the application is understood by the individuals responsible for achieving the goal. Second, on the Human Resources indicator, supported by qualified human resources, namely the Lampung Provincial Crime Scene Team. Third, on attitude indicators, the application of Simnangkis application received positive support and response from OPDs. Fourth, in indicators of bureaucratic structure, poverty data supervision in the Simnangkis application is managed and supervised directly by the Central Government under the Ministry of Social Affairs, so that the data cannot be updated and accessed carelessly. The application of this system is in accordance with its goals, so that it can provide good results in order to reduce poverty rates through poverty reduction programs that are right objects and targeted recipients.
