The problem of this study was the low of thematic learning outcomes of grade students 1 state primary school in Gunung Agung. This study aims to analyze and find out the positive and significant effects of active learning strategies on index card match types on the results of learning thematic. The type of the research was quantitative, of experimental methods. The research design used non equivalent control group design. The data collection using test techniques. The result there was a positive and significant influence on the active learning strategy of the index card match type on the learning outcomes of thematic. Keywords: index card match, learning outcomes thematic. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar tematik peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Gunung Agung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe index card match terhadap hasil belajar tematik peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, dengan metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu the non equivalent control group design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik tes. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe index card match terhadap hasil belajar tematik peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Gunung Agung. Kata kunci: hasil belajar tematik, index card match.
