Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan akan memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang penyelengaraan pemerintah desa salah satunya terkait dengan pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa. Salah satu permasalahan yang muncul yaitu Kepala pekon dianggap tidak transparan dikarenakan masyarakat tidak dilibatkan dalam pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa, Sehingga lembaga pekon melakukan protes terhadap kepala pekon agar berlaku transparan kepada lembaga pekon dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transparansi pengelolaan keuangan pekon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dan skunder penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepala Pekon Simpangkanan dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa tidak transparan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan Kepala Pekon Simpangkanan tidak terbuka kepada masyarakat terkait dengan pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa. Kepala pekon juga tidak memberikan informasi terkait dengan laporan akhir penggunaan keuangan pekon kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat tidak mengetahui terkait pengunaan akhir anggaran dana yang ada. Kata Kunci : Kepala Pekon, Transparansi, Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa The transparency of financial management can help the community to gain information about the organization of village governmet. One of them is related to village fund allocation. However, the village head is considered as not transparent since the village official and the community are not involved in the decision making process about management of village fund allocations. As a result, the community did a protest to the village head. This research is aimed to investigate the transparency of village head in managing the village funds. This research is expected to enrich the knowledge about the management of village fund allocation. The method used in this research is descriptive with the qualitative approach. The interview, observation, and documentation were used to collect the primary data and secondary data. The result of this research showed that the village head is not transparent in managing the village fund allocations. It is because the village government of Simpangkanan is not free to share the informations related to management of village fund allocations. The village head also does not give the informations regarding to the final report of fund allocation, so the community is do not know the management of the village fund.
