Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-postfacto korelasi. Sampel sebanyak 45 orang peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan angket dengan skala likert, yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar ditunjukkan dengan koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,640 berada pada taraf “tinggi”. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, motivasi belajar, pola asuh orang tua. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant relationship between parenting and learning motivatoin with student learning outcomes. The type of research used ex-postfacto correlation. The techniques of collecting data used observation, questionnaire and documentation study. The data collection instruments used questionnaires with likert scale, which previously tested validity and reliability. The data analysis used product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between parenting and learning motivation with student learning outcomes by correlation coefficient of 0.640 which the “hight” criteria.
