Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota (DPMK) Bandar Lampung memiliki visi misi, yang harus dicapai, oleh karna itu diperlukannnya Aparatur Sipil Negara yang memiliki integritas, sehingga akan berdampak pada tingkat produktivitas kerja serta tercapainya visi dan misi instansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penerapan nilai integritas aparatur sipil negara di dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat kota bandar lampung. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ASN pada DPMK Bandar Lampung belum sepenuhnya menerapkan nilai integritas yang pertama, nilai memegang teguh prinsip, ASN pada DPMK menerapkan prinsip berAKHLAK yang merupakan prinsip bagi seluruh aparatur berdasarkan PP Nomor 20 tahun 2021. Kedua, berprilaku terhormat, ASN menjunjung tinggi hukum dan kode etik ASN yang merupakan sebuah sikap yang ditekankan pada seorang ASN untuk menjadikannya sebagai seorang yang berintegritas dengan berprilaku terhormat sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintan tentang ASN nomor 94 tahun 2021. Ketiga, jujur, ASN pada DPMK Bandar Lampung memahami pentingnya kejujuran dan ikut mendorong terciptanya keterbukaan informasi pulik. Dengan adanya kegiatan penyusunan Prodeskel, DPMK Bandar Lampung bersama Aparaturnya ikut mensukseskan program pemerintah dalam mempermudah masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan informasi badan publik. Keempat, memiliki keberanian, ASN pada DPMK Bandar Lampung belum sepenuhnya memiliki keberanian untuk mengambil sebuah risiko dalam pekerjaannya, sehingga belum menghasillkan sebuah inovasi. Kelima, tindakan berdasarkan keilmuan, ASN pada DPMK mengakui bahwa melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan keilmuan merupakan hal yang penting dan ideal, namun pada fakta di lapangan ASN pada DPMK tidak sepenuhnya menerapkan hal tersebut. Keenam, tidak bertindak dengan hawa nafsu, dalam menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya ASN pada Dinas ini tidak sepenuhnya menjalankan perintah sesuai dengan apa yang diperintahkan dan diwajibkan oleh Undang Undang. Kata Kunci : Nilai Integritas, Aparatur Sipil Negara, Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VALUES OF THE INTEGRITY OF THE STATE CIVIL APPARATUS IN THE COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT SERVICE OF BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY By Salsabila Mufhidah The Bandar Lampung City Community Empowerment Service (DPMK) has a vision and mission, which must be achieved, therefore the need for a State Civil Apparatus that has integrity, so that it will have an impact on the level of work productivity and the achievement of the agency's vision and mission. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of the integrity value of the state civil apparatus in the community empowerment service of the city of Bandar Lampung. This type of research is descri ptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are ASN at DPMK Bandar Lampung have not fully implemented the first, the value of upholding the principle, ASN at DPMK applies the principle of AKHLAK which is the principle for all apparatus bas ed on PP Number 20 of 2021. Second, behave respectfully, ASN upholds the law and the ASN code of ethics which is an attitude that is emphasized on an ASN to make him a person of integrity by behaving respectfully in accordance with Government Regulation on ASN number 94 of 2021. Third, be honest, ASN at DPMK Bandar Lampung understands the importance of honesty and contributes to the creation of openness public information. W ith the activity of preparing the Prodeskel, DPMK Bandar Lampung together with its apparatus contributed to the success of government programs in making it easier for the public to obtain information related to information on public bodies. Fourth, have the courage, ASN at DPMK Bandar Lampung does not yet have the courage to take a risk in their work, so they have not produced an innovation. Fifth, action based on science, ASN at DPMK admits that doing work according to science is important and ideal, but in fact in the field ASN at DPMK do not fully implement this. Sixth, not acting with passion, in carrying out their duties and obligations, ASN in this service does not fully carry out orders in accordanc e with what is ordered and required by law.
