The problem of declining coffee farming productivity in 2019 has an impact on the decline in coffee farmers' income. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial feasibility of coffee farming in West Lampung Regency and analyze the development strategy of coffee farming in West Lampung Regency. This research was carried out in Way Tenong District, West Lampung Regency. The location determination was carried out purposively with the consideration that Way Tenong District is one of the largest coffee producing centers in Lampung Province. The number of samples of coffee farmers as many as 77 people. The results showed that coffee farming in West Lampung Regency is financially feasible and developed as seen from the five financial feasibility criteria (Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Gross B/C, Net B/C, and Payback Period (PP) and development strategies that coffee farmers can choose in West Lampung are optimizing the potential of the land owned by farmers in order to increase productivity for higher coffee demand, optimizing coffee products as regional superior products by utilizing cultivation and postharvest technology, processing their own coffee yields for farming cost efficiency and increasing coffee farmers' income, managing finances well in order to use inputs efficiently so as to increase productivity to meet coffee demand, maintain the quality of coffee produced in order to continue to meet coffee export demand. Keywords: Coffee farming, development strategy, financial feasibility Permasalahan produktivitas usahatani kopi yang menurun pada tahun 2019 berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan petani kopi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kelayakan finansial usahatani kopi di Kabupaten Lampung Barat dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan usahatani kopi di Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Way Tenong Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kecamatan Way Tenong adalah salah satu sentra penghasil produksi kopi terbesar di Provinsi Lampung. Jumlah sampel petani kopi sebanyak 77 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa usahatani kopi di Kabupaten Lampung Barat secara finansial layak untuk dilakukan dan dikembangkan yang dilihat dari lima kriteria kelayakan finansial (Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Gross B/C, Net B/C, dan Payback Periode (PP) dan strategi pengembangan yang dapat dipilih oleh petani kopi di Lampung Barat adalah mengoptimalkan potensi lahan yang dimiliki oleh petani agar meningkatkan produktivitas untuk permintaan kopi yang semakin tinggi, mengoptimalkan produk kopi sebagai produk unggulan daerah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi budidaya dan pascapanen, mengolah hasil panen kopi sendiri untuk efisiensi biaya usahatani dan meningkatkan pendapatan petani kopi, mengelola keuangan dengan baik agar dapat menggunakan input dengan efisien sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan permintaaan kopi, mempertahankan kualitas kopi yang dihasilkan guna tetap dapat memenuhi permintaan ekspor kopi.
