Masa pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan berbagai dampak perekonomian kepada sektor pekerjaan informal, khususnya pada Industri kecil batik tulis. Jenis industri ini sangat terdampak dikarenakan produk yang dihasilkan merupakan bukan barang kebutuhan pokok saat masa pandemi. Sehingga para pelaku industri harus menerapkan berbagai strategi agar usahanya tetap hidup. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam strategi bertahan hidup industri kecil batik tulis pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kelurahan Pinang Jaya, Kecamatan Kemiling, Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif yang berjenis studi kasus. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kondisi sosial ekonomi industri kecil batik tulis dan strategi bertahan hidup yang digunakan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penentuan informan yang digunakan ialah teknik purposive. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini dihimpun dengan proses wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data primer terkumpulkan, data tersebut akan direduksi, disajikan, serta ditarik kesimpulannya. Berdasarkan hasil temuan di lapangan, banyak pelaku industri kecil batik tulis menggunakan strategi aktif, pasif, dan jaringan untuk mempertahankan industri batik tulisnya pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, peneliti merekomendasikan kepada pemerintah terkait untuk mengembangkan strategi yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku industri kecil batik tulis, agar industri batik tulis tetap hidup pada masa pandemi COVID-19. The pandemic of COVID-19 has provided a variety of economic impacts to the sector informal employment, especially in the small Industry of batik. Type of industry is highly affected due to the resulting product is not a staple goods during the pandemic. So the industry must implement a variety of strategies so that the business alive. Therefore, this study aims to determine the in depth strategy of survival of small industries batik on the pandemic of COVID-19 in the Village of Pinang Jaya, Kecamatan Kemiling, Kota Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is qualitative manifold case study. This study focuses on the socio- economic conditions of small industry of batik and survival strategy used on the pandemic of COVID-19. Determination of informants used is purposive technique. The type of data used in this research is primary data and secondary. Primary Data in this research is compiled with the process of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. After the primary data collected, the data will be reduced, served, and drawn the conclusion. Based on the results of the findings in the field, much smaller industry players batik using the strategy of active, passive, and network to maintain the batik industry he wrote on the pandemic of COVID-19. Therefore, the researchers recommend to the relevant government to develop a strategy undertaken by the industry players small batik, so the industry batik stay alive in the time of pandemic COVID-19.
