Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur biaya; titik impas (Break Event Point) penerimaan, produksi, dan harga; serta tingkat pendapatan usahatani padi. Penelitian ini diadakan di Kelurahan Banjarsari Kecamatan Metro Utara Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data diambil pada bulan April-Mei 2021. Sampel adalah kelompok tani Tunas Karya Mandiri sejumlah tiga puluh dua orang petani. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur biaya pada komponen biaya variabel terbesar terletak pada biaya tenaga kerja luar keluarga sebesar 44,21% dan komponen biaya tetap terbesar pada biaya sewa lahan sebesar 30,25% terhadap keseluruhan total biaya. Nilai dari BEP penerimaan usahatani padi sebesar Rp6.071.490,06/ha, BEP produksi padi sebesar 1.607,03kg/ha dan BEP harga GKP (Gabah Kering Panen) sebesar Rp2.061,73/kg. Nilai BEP tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai kenyataan yang diterima yakni penerimaan sebesar Rp18.951.023,90/ha; produksi padi sebanyak 5.018,52kg/ha, dan harga jual GKP yang ditetapkan yakni Rp3.778,85/kg. Pendapatan total yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar Rp7.707.474,91/ha dengan R/C rasio sebesar 1,69 sehingga usahatani padi menguntungkan dan layak untuk dilanjutkan. Kata Kunci: Padi, struktur biaya, titik impas, pendapatan This study aims were to analyze the cost structure; break event point revenue, production, and price; and the level of income of rice farming. This research was conducted in the Banjarsari Village, North Metro Sub District, Metro District. This research used survey method. The data were taken in April-May 2021. The sample were all members of the Tunas Karya Mandiri Farmer Group amounting to thirty-two farmers. Methods of data analysis using descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the cost structure of the largest variable cost component lies in the cost of labor outside the family by 44,21% and the largest fixed cost component in the cost of land rent by 30,25% of the total cost. The value of the BEP of rice farming revenue was Rp6.071.490,06/ha, the BEP of rice production was 1.607,03kg/ha and the BEP of GKP (Dry Harvested Grain) was Rp2.061,73/kg. The BEP value is smaller than the actual value received, namely the revenue of Rp18.951.023,90/ha; rice production was 5.018,52 kg/ha, and the selling price of GKP was set at Rp3.778,85/kg. The total income obtained was Rp7.707.474,91/ha with an R/C ratio of 1,69 so that rice farming was profitable and feasible to continue. Keywords: Rice, cost structure, break event point, income
