Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan Sistem Informasi Daftar Pemilih (Sidalih); (2) mengetahui seberapa besar kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan Sidalih; (3) mengetahui seberapa besar kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna Sidalih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel independent yaitu variabel Kualitasi Sistem (X1) dan Kualitas Informasi (X2) dan variabel dependent adalah Kepuasan Pengguna Sidalih (Y). Penelitian dilakukan pada Pemilu 2019 di KPU Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 43 responden terdiri dari Ketua KPU Kota Bandar Lampung, Ketua Divisi Pemuktahiran Data Pemilih, Operator Sidalih di KPU Kota Bandar Lampung, Operator Sidalih di Kecamatan, dan Operator Sidalih di Kelurahan. Hasil penelitian dalam Uji T menunjukkan pengaruh kualitas sistem (X1) sebesar 0,688 tidak signifikan pada taraf signifikasi 2,02108 sehingga hipotesis ditolak. Pengaruh kualtias informasi (X2) terhadap kepuasan pengguna sidalih sebesar 5,223 adalah signifikasi pada taraf signifikansi 2,02108 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Dalam Uji F Simultan Pengaruh kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna sidalih sebesar 0,000 signifikasi pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 Sehingga secara simultan terdapat pengaruh kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Besar keeratan hubungan variabel independent Kualitas Sistem (X1) dan Kualitas Informasi (X2) terhadap variabel dependent Kepuasan Pengguna (Y) ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi yaitu sebesar 63,3 % dengan perincian sumbangan efektif variabel kualitas sistem sebesar 5,9 % dan sumbangan efektif kualitas informasi sebesar 57,4%. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with independent variables, namely System Quality (X1) and Information Quality (X2) variables and the dependent variable is Sidalih User Satisfaction (Y). The research was conducted in the 2019 Election at the KPU Bandar Lampung City. This study took a sample of 43 respondents consisting of the Head of KPU Bandar Lampung City, Head of the Voter Data Update Division, Sidalih Operators at the Bandar Lampung City KPU, Sidalih Operators in the District, and Sidalih Operators in the Village. The results of the research in the T-test showed that the effect of system quality (X1) was 0.688 not significant at the 2.02108 significance level so that the hypothesis was rejected. The effect of information quality (X2) on sidalih user satisfaction of 5.223 is the significance at the significance level of 2.02108 so that the hypothesis is accepted. In the Simultaneous F-Test, the effect of system quality and information quality on sidalih user satisfaction is 0.000, with a significance level of 0.05. So, simultaneously, there is an effect of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The relationship between the independent variables Quality System (X1) and Information Quality (X2) on the dependent variable User Satisfaction (Y) is indicated by the coefficient of determination, which is 63.3% with details of the effective contribution of the system quality variable of 5.9% and the effective contribution of quality. information by 57.4%.
