Abstract
The problem of missing data often occurs in an experimental design, as well as in Youden's Square Design (YSD) research. To overcome the problem of missing data, it is necessary to estimate the missing data. Missing data is estimated by Yates method where the sum of the squares of the error is minimized. The purpose of the study was to estimate the value of missing data which was divided into two cases, namely the case of one missing data and two missing data on the 5x4 YSD, analyzing the results of the estimated value and seeing whether there was an effect of the predicted results on the analysis to be carried out, as well as comparing the two data cases. is lost.
