Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-LKPD berbasis proyek Terintegrasi STEM yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk mengakomodasi gaya belajar serta melatihkan penalaran ilmiah dan performance argumentasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan desain pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas 5 tahap, yaitu: analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi angket analisis kebutuhan, angket uji validitas, angket uji keterlaksanaan, instrumen soal yang sudah diuji kevalidannya, respon peserta didik terhadap keefektifan e-LKPD berbasis proyek terintegrasi STEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-LKPD hasil pengembangan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk melatihkan penalaran ilmiah dan performance argumentasi peserta didik. Pada uji kevalidan yang telah dilakukan, e-LKPD hasil pengembangan dinyatakan layak dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Persentase kelayakan isi sebesar 84% dan konstruk sebesar 84%. Analisis angket keterbacaan diperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 82% dengan kategori keterbacaan sangat baik, Analisis keterlaksanaan diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 80%, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa e-LKPD yang dikembangkan praktis. Keefektifan dilihat dari adanya peningkatan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,79 dengan kategori baik. Uji statistik One Way anova pada posttest diperoleh nilai pada penalaran ilmiah sebesar 0,732 dan performance argumentasi sebesar 0,881 artinya tidak ada perbedaan ratarata penalaran ilmiah dan performance peserta didik setelah diterapkan e-LKPD. Analisis hasil respon peserta didik disimpulkan bahwa lebih dari 50% kelompok peserta didik memberikan respon positif bahwa e-LKPD yang telah dikembangkan efektif untuk melatihkan penalaran ilmiah dan performance argumentasi peserta didik. Kata kunci: E-LKPD, Gaya Belajar, Penalaran Ilmiah, dan Performance Argumentasi This study aims to develop an electronic student’s worksheet integrated STEM that is valid, practical, and effective to accommodate learning styles and train scientific reasoning and argumentation performance. This study uses the R&D method with the ADDIE model development design consisting of 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection instruments used include a needs analysis questionnaire, validity test questionnaire, an implementation test questionnaire, a question instrument that has been tested for validity, student responses to the effectiveness of electronic students worksheets based on integrated STEM projects. The results showed that the developed student’s worksheets were valid, practical, and effectively used in the learning process to train student’s scientific reasoning and argumentation performance. In the validity test that has been carried out, the results of developing students' worksheets are declared eligible with very high criteria. The percentage of content feasibility is 84% and construct is 84%. The readability analysis obtained a percentage of 82% with a very good readability category. The implementation analysis obtained an average percentage of 80%. This indicates that the electronic student’s worksheets developed are practical. The effectiveness can be seen from the increase in the N-gain value of 0.79 in the high category. One Way Anova statistical test in the post-test obtained a value in scientific reasoning of 0.732 and argumentation performance of 0.881, meaning that there is no difference in students' average reasoning and argumentation performance after electronic student’s worksheets are applied. Analysis of the results of student responses, that more than 50% of the group of students gave a positive response that electronic student's worksheets that had been developed were effective for training students' reasoning and argumentation performance.
