The aims of this research were to determine the factors that affect the export of bananas, the prospect of banana exports, the implementation of quarantine policies, the condition of the infrastructure, and the socio-economic conditions of the partenered farmers. This research was used survey method and case study which conducted in Lampung Province. The first objective was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The second objective was analyzed using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average method. The third objective was analyzed using Edward III's theory. The fourth objective was analyzed using the scoring method. The fifth objective was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research showed that the factors that affect banana exports are domestic banana production and the average price index of domestic bananas; the trend of banana exports prospect until the end of 2024 will decrease; the implementation of quarantine policies that refer to the in-line inspection policy has gone quite well; the infrastructure condition was in the good category with 68,73% average score; the social conditions of partnered farmers are in the prosperous category and economic conditions of partnered farmers above the average of national per capita income with Rp 646.703,18 per capita income, however still below the regency minimum wage. Keywords: banana export, quarantine, infrastructure, socio-economic condition Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor pisang, prospek ekspor pisang, pelaksanaan kebijakan perkarantinaan, kondisi infrastruktur, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi petani mitra. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dan studi kasus yang dilakukan di Provinsi Lampung. Tujuan pertama dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Tujuan kedua dianalisis menggunakan metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average. Tujuan ketiga dianalisis menggunakan teori Edward III. Tujuan keempat dianalisis menggunakan metode skoring. Tujuan kelima dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi ekspor pisang adalah produksi pisang domestik dan indeks harga rata-rata pisang domestik, prospek ekspor pisang sampai pada akhir tahun 2024 cenderung mengalami penurunan, pelaksanaan kebijakan perkarantinaan yang mengacu pada kebijakan in line inspection sudah berjalan cukup baik, kondisi infrastruktur berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor 68,73%, kondisi sosial petani mitra berada pada kategori sejahtera dan kondisi ekonomi petani mitra di atas pendapatan rata-rata perkapita nasional dengan pendapatan perkapita sebesar Rp 646.703,18, namun masih berada di bawah upah minimum kabupaten.
