Abstract

Every agency, office or university certainly has employee data collection activities and information in its business processes. Staffing information system at the Department of Youth and Sports, one of which is the management of staffing data. The information system and employee data management is very important and becomes a reference in every employee's data collection. At present the compilation of staffing data is still done manually at the agency, will be hampered and become a problem if there is no system that handles these activities, one of which is the search for data and storage space. The staffing information system has been developed to assist in the preparation and recording of staffing activities. This information system was developed using the waterfall method and laravel framework. The conclusion of this study is that the staffing information system was successfully built and can be used to assist in the preparation and search of employee data. Keywords: Staffing Information System, Laravel Framework, Waterfall Methods. Setiap instansi, kantor ataupun perguruan tinggi tentu memiliki kegiatan pendataan pegawai serta informasi dalam proses bisnisnya. Sistem informasi kepegawaian pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga salah satunya adalah pengelolaan data kepegawaian. Sistem informasi serta pengelolaan data pegawai tersebut sangat penting dan menjadi acuan dalam setiap pendataan pegawai. Pada saat ini penyusunan data kepegawaian masih dilakukan secara manual pada instansi tersebut, akan menjadi terhambat dan menjadi masalah apabila tidak ada sistem yang menangani aktifitas tersebut, salah satunya yaitu pencarian data serta ruang penyimpanannya. Sistem informasi kepegawaian telah dikembangkan untuk membantu kegiatan penyusunan dan perekapan data kepegawaian. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dan laravel framework. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi kepegawaian berhasil dibangun dan dapat digunakan untuk membantu kegiatan penyusunan serta pencarian data kepegawaian.
