Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi berprestasi peserta didik kelas IV di SD Negeri se-Gugus Way Tuba Kabupaten Way Kanan. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi interpersonal antara orang tua dan anak dengan motivasi berprestasi peserta didik kelas IV di SD Negeri se-Gugus Way Tuba Kabupaten Way Kanan. Metode penelitian yaitu korelasional dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 peserta didik. Jenis teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 81 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak dengan motivasi berprestasi peserta didik kelas IV di SD Negeri se-Gugus Way Tuba Kabupaten Way Kanan. Kata kunci: komunikasi interpersonal, motivasi berprestasi The problem for this research is about the low achievement motivation of fourth grade students in elementary schools across Way Tubadistructs in Way Kanan region. The research objective is to find the relationshop of interpersonal communication between parents and children with the achievement motivation of fourth grade students in elementary schools across Way Tuba districts in Way Kanan region. The method of this research is about the correlations with the type of a quantitative research. The population in this research was amounted to 102 students. The type of sampling technique used is the proportionate stratified random sampling with a total sample of 81 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research was product moment correlation. The results have shown a significant impact between interpersonal communication relationship of parents and their children for the achievement motivation over fourth grade students in elementary school.
