Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi, kinerja, keterkaitan, dampak injeksi investasi dan pengeluaran pemerintah pada sektor pertanian dan industri pengolahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Bandar Lampung dan data dikumpulkan dari bulan Agustus sampai Desember 2020 dengan metode studi wilayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Provinsi Lampung dan Kota Bandar Lampung periode 2015 – 2019 atas dasar harga konstan tahun 2010 dan atas harga berlaku tahun 2019, serta Tabel Input Output Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2010. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Location Quetient (LQ), Shift Share, Input Output, dan dampak (Impact Analisis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sektor pertanian di Kota Bandar Lampung bukanlah sektor basis, sedangkan sektor industri pengolahan menjadi sektor basis di Kota Bandar Lampung, (2) sektor pertanian Kota Bandar Lampung memiliki pertumbuhan yang lambat dan belum berdaya saing, sedangkan sektor industri pengolahan di Kota Bandar Lampung memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat, namun belum berdaya saing, (3) sektor industri pengolahan di Kota Bandar Lampung memberikan keterkaitan paling kuat ke depan (hilir) dibandingkan dengan sektor pertanian dalam perekonomian di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sektor pertanian belum mampu untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan sektor hulunya, namun mampu mendorong pertumbuhan produksi sektor-sektor lainnya yang memakai input dari sektor pertanian, sedangkan sektor industri pengolahan sudah mampu untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan sektor hulunya, namun belum mampu mendorong pertumbuhan produksi sektor-sektor lainnya yang memakai input dari sektor industri pengolahan, dan (4) adanya injeksi investasi dan pengeluaran pemerintah di sektor pertanian dan industri pengolahan Kota Bandar Lampung dapat meningkatkan output dan pendapatan secara keseluruhan dari sektor-sektor tersebut. Kata kunci : industri pengolahan, input output, keterkaitan, pertanian. This research aimed at analyzing the potenstial, performance, lingkage, impact of investment and government expenditure injection in the agriculture and manufacturing sector. This research was conducted in Bandar Lampung and the data was collected from August to December 2020 by the region study method. This research used secondary data of Gross Regional Domestic Product of Lampung Province and Bandar Lampung at constant prices in 2010 and at current prices in 2019, as well as the Lampung Province Input Output Table in 2010. The data was analyzed by Location Quetient (LQ), Shift Share, Input Output, and impact analysis. The results of study showed that (1) the agriculture sector was not a basis sector, while the manufacturing sector was the basis sector in Bandar Lampung City, (2) the agriculture sector had slow growth and had not competitive yet, while the manufacturing sector in Bandar Lampung City had fast growth, but had not competitive yet, (3) the manufacturing sector in the city of Bandar Lampung provided the strongest linkage to the future (downstream) than the agriculture sector in the economy of city Bandar Lampung city. The agriculture sector had not been able to increasing the growth of the upstream sector, but able to encourage growth of other sectors production that used inputs from the agriculture sector, while the manufacturing sector had been able to increasing the growth of the upstream sector, but not able to encourage growth of other sectors production that used input from the manufacturing sector, and (4) injection of investment and government expenditure in the agriculture and manufacturing sector had been able to increasing overall output and income of economic sectors in Bandar Lampung City.
