Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) adalah suatu teknik statistik yang mampu menganalisis pola hubungan antara variabel laten dan indikatornya, variabel laten yang satu dengan lainnya, serta kesalahan pengukuran secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui estimasi parameter menggunakan metode Weighted Least Square (WLS) dan menentukan pengaruh antar variabel laten dalam persamaan struktural. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dari hasil survei kuisioner tentang kepuasan mahasiswa UNILA Angkatan 2018 terhadap SIAKADU. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data yang dikumpulkan menghasilkan nilai kecocokan yang baik dan diperoleh model struktural η = 0,32 ξ1 + 0,61 ξ2. Kata kunci: Uji Kecocokan Model, WLS, Model Persamaan Struktural. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a statistical technique that is able to analyze the pattern of relationships between latent variables and their indicators, latent variables with each other, as well as direct measurement errors. This study aims to determine the parameter estimation using the Weighted Least Square (WLS) method and determine the casual relationship between latent variables in the structural equation. The data used in the form of primary data from the results of a questionnaire survey about the satisfaction of UNILA students for the 2018 entry year of SIAKADU. Based on the results of the study indicate that the data collected produces a great of fit value and obtained structural model η = 0,32 ξ1 + 0,61 ξ2.
