Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Lampung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Lampung yakni sebanyak 88 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kontrak psikologis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPS Provinsi Lampung, 2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPS Provinsi Lampung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja meningkatkan kinerja karyawan BPS Provinsi Lampung. Kata Kunci : Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Kontrak Psikologis. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological contracts and job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of this research is employees at the BPS-Statistics of Lampung Province. The population in this study were employees at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Lampung Province, as many as 88 employees of BPS-Statistics of Lampung Province. The results of this study indicate that : 1) psychological contract has a significant positive effect on employee performance at BPS-Statistics of Lampung Province , 2) job satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance of BPS-Statistics of Lampung Province. The increasing of psychological contract and job satisfaction will also cause the improvement towards employee performance at BPS-Statistics of Lampung Province.
