Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Indonesia merupakan negara megabiodiversitas yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang tinggi. Herpetofauna yang terdiri dari reptil dan amfibi merupakan salah satu jenis potensi keanekaragaman hayati hewani yang jarang diketahui dan kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Lapangan Terpadu Universitas Lampung pada Bulan Desember 2020 dan Januari 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Mengidentifikasi jenis keanekaragaman dan kemerataan herpetofauna, (2) Menganalisis tingkat kesamaan komunitas herpetofauna di tiga tipe habitat, (3) Menganalisis persebaran herpetofauna di Laboratorium Lapang Terpadu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks keanekaragaman herpetofauna masuk dalam kategori rendah dengan jenis yang ditemukan hanya sedikit pada tiga tipe habitat. Indeks kesamaan komunitas pada jenis amfibi yaitu sebesar 55% dengan kategori sedang dan indeks kesamaan komunitas pada jenis reptilia yaitu sebesar 14% kategori rendah. Pola persebaran pada jenis amfibi di tiga tipe habitat yang berbeda yaitu dikategorikan homogen atau merata dan jenis reptil pola persebarannya yaitu berbentuk acak atau tidak merata karena habitat yang sesuai untuk setiap individu/spesies berbeda dan jumlah serta jenis spesies yang berbeda pada setiap habitatnya. Saran untuk penelitian ini yaitu perlu adanya monitoring dan penelitian lanjutan tentang keberadaan herpetofauna untuk mengetahui baik- buruknya lingkungan Kampus Unila. Kata Kunci: Herpetofauna, keanekaragaman, persebaran jenis, Universitas Lampung. Indonesia is a mega-biodiversity country that has high natural resource potential. Herpetofauna consisting of reptiles and amphibians is one type of potential for animal biodiversity that is rarely known and less well known by the public. This research was conducted at the Integrated Field Laboratory, University of Lampung in December 2020 and January 2021. The objectives of this study were (1) to identify the types of herpetofauna diversity and evenness, (2) to analyze the level of similarity of herpetofauna communities in three habitat types, (3) to analyze the distribution of herpetofauna in the Integrated Field Laboratory. The results showed that the herpetofauna diversity index was in the low category with only a few species found in three habitat types. The community similarity index for amphibian species is 55% in the medium category and the community similarity index for reptiles is 14% in the low category. The distribution pattern of amphibians in three different habitat types is categorized as homogeneous or evenly distributed and the type of reptile distribution pattern is random or uneven because the appropriate habitat for each individual/species is different and the number and types of species are different in each habitat. Suggestions for this research are that there is a need for monitoring and further research on the presence of herpetofauna to find out whether the Unila Campus environment is good or bad.
