Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Barista merupakan sebuah profesi yang pekerjaannya membuat dan menyajikan kopi kepada pelanggan, barista biasanya di kerjakan oleh kaum laki-laki namun pada saat ini tidak hanya dikerjakan oleh laki-laki saja melainkan wanitapun bisa menjadi barista. Profesi barista yang digeluti perempuan menarik perhatian peneliti untuk melihat lebih jelas tentang pandangan masyarakat terhadap perempuan yang berprofesi sebagai barista. Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui konsep diri barista wanita di Bandar lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Konsep diri yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini menurut Brian Tracy. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah barista wanita dan customer kedai kopi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Konsep diri barista wanita di kota Bandar Lampung pada penelitian ini adalah konsep diri positif. Hal tersebut karena seluruh informan bersikap terbuka, memiliki tipe kepribadian extrovert sehingga membuatnya mudah bergaul dengan orang lain, yakin dengan kemampuan yang dimilikinya, merasa dirinya setara dengan orang lain yang dalam ini setara dengan barista laki-laki, dan memiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi namun tetap sadar diri dan berusaha memperbaiki diri jika menerima kritik dari orang lain. Kata kunci: konsep diri, barista wanita, kedai kopi Barista is a profession whose job is to make and serve coffee to customers, baristas are usually done by men but at this time it is not only done by men but women can also become baristas. The barista profession that women are engaged in has attracted the attention of researchers to see more clearly about the public's view of women who work as baristas. This study aims to determine the self- concept of female baristas in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The self-concept studied in this study according to Brian Tracy. The informants in this study were female baristas and coffee shop customers. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation of research results. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the self-concept of female baristas in the city of Bandar Lampung in this study was a positive self-concept. This is because all informants are open, have an extroverted personality type that makes them easy to get along with other people, are confident in their abilities, feel themselves equal to other people who are equal to male baristas, and have high self-confidence but still self-aware and trying to improve themselves when receiving criticism from others.
