Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penerapan mekanisasi pertanian merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam industri pertanian yang memanfaatkan alat dan mesin pertanian untuk meningkatkan efisiensi usaha tani. Petani dapat memaksimalkan tenaga yang dihasilkan oleh alsintan untuk memangkas waktu, biaya produksi serta meningkatkan nilai produksi. Objek dalam penelitian adalah Kecamatan Pringsewu dan Gading Rejo, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Analisis kesesuaian traktor tangan dilakukan untuk mengetahui sebaran wilayah yang sesuai untuk diaplikasikan traktor tangan. Analisa dilakukan dengan cara melakukan overlay/tumpang susun data spasial berupa curah hujan, kemiringan lereng, jenis tanah, dan lahan sawah menggunakan software Quantum GIS 3.16.5. Hasil dari analisa menunjukkan Kecamatan Pringsewu memiliki 3 kategori kesesuain penerapan traktor tangan, yaitu: Sangat Sesuai (S) 17,43 hektar, Sesuai (S) 2.078,92 hektar, dan Tidak Sesuai (TS) 710,46 hektar. Kecamatan Gading Rejo memiliki 2 kategori, yaitu: Sesuai (S) 3.720,50 hektar dan Tidak sesuai (TS) 696,83 hektar. Analisia kebutuhan alat dan mesin pertanian dilakukan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan alsintan pada suatu daerah. Analisa dilakukan terhadap traktor tangan, mesin perontok padi , dan penggiling padi. Hasil Dari penelitian menunjukkan pada Kecamatan Pringsewu kebutuhan traktor tangan sebanyak 147 unit, mesin perontok padi sebanyak 225 unit, penggiling padi sebanyak 32 unit. Kecamatan Gading Rejo memliki kebutuhan traktor tangan sebanyak 260 unit, mesin perontok padi sebanyak 336 unit, Penggiling padi sebanyak 27 unit. Farmers can maximize the energy produced by the machineries to cut the time, production costs and increase production value. The object of this research is Pringsewu and Gading Rejo Subdistricts, Pringsewu District. The suitability analysis of hand tractors was carried out to determine the distribution of areas suitable for hand tractor application. The analysis was carried out by overlaying spatial data in the form of rainfall, slope, soil type, and paddy fields using Quantum GIS 3.16.5 software. The results of the analysis show that Pringsewu Subdistrict has 3 categories of suitability for the application of hand tractors, namely: Sangat Sesuai (SS) 17,43 hectares, Sesuai (S) 2.078,92 hectares, and Tidak Sesuai (TS) 710.46 hectares. Gading Rejo Subdistrict has 2 categories, namely: Sesuai (S) 3.20,50 hectares and Tidak Sesuai (TS) 696.83 hectares. Analysis of the need for agricultural tools and machinery is carried out to determine the amount of machinery needed in an area. Analysis was carried out on hand tractors, rice threshing machines, and rice grinders. The results of the research show that in Pringsewu Subdistrict the need for hand tractors is 147 units, power thresher are 225 units, rice milling unit are 32 units. Gading Rejo Subdistrict has 260 units of hand tractors, 336 units of rice power thresher, 27 units of rice milling unit.
