Smart Village merupakan sebuah konsep yang dipahami sebagai integrasi teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan masyarakat pedesaan, Konsep smart village dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi terutama dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa, salah satunya adalah masalah yang terkait dengan proses pengolahan data di bidang administrasi. Proses administrasi yang dijalankan dengan sistem manual akan memakan waktu yang lama sehingga proses yang berjalan menjadi kurang efektif. Sistem informasi dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi masalah yang ada agar dapat menunjang kinerja pegawai desa dalam mewujudkan konsep smart village dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana mengembangkan sistem informasi yang dapat menunjang kinerja pegawai desa dalam hal pengolahan data di bidang administrasi terutama di bidang administrasi penduduk dan administrasi pembangunan. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat kinerja pegawai desa dalam hal pengolahan data administrasi. Dalam pengembangannya, metode yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Kebutuhan sistem diperoleh melalui Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 47 tahun 2016 Tentang Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa. Sistem juga diuji dengan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dan User ii Acceptance Test (UAT). Hasilnya fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Kata Kunci: administrasi, sistem informasi, waterfall, black box testing, user acceptance test, Smart Village is a concept that is understood as the integration of information technology in rural community activities. The smart village concept can be used as a solution in overcoming various problems that occur, especially in the administration of village government, one of which is problems related to data processing in the administrative field. The administrative process that is run with a manual system will take a long time so that the running process becomes less effective. Information systems can be a solution in overcoming existing problems in order to support the performance of village employees in realizing the smart village concept by utilizing information technology. This study discusses how to develop an information system that can support the performance of village employees in terms of data processing in the administrative field, especially in the field of population administration and development administration. The developed information system can simplify and speed up the performance of village employees in terms of administrative data processing. In its development, the method used is the Waterfall method. System requirements are obtained through the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 47 of 2016 concerning Village Government Administration. The system was also tested using the Black box Testing and User Acceptance Test method. As a result, the features needed to solve existing problems can run as they should.
