Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Keterampilan Membaca Tahsin Al- Qur‘an dengan Metode Utsmani di yang layak dan praktis untuk menilai kemampuan membaca Al-qur‘an peserta didik di sekolah dasar kelas IV. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan merujuk teori Borg and Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru tahsin kelas tinggi Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Muhammadiyah Gunung Terang Bandar lampung. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sampel yang digunakan seluruh guru tahsin kelas tinggi yang berjumlah 10 orang. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan instrument nontes berbentuk angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Produk Instrumen Penilaian telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi dengan nilai 95,45 kategori sangat baik, ahli evaluasi dengan nilai 94,23 kategori sangat baik, ahli bahasa nilai 90,00 kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan hasil dari uji praktisi mendapat skor rata-rata 91,5 kategori layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa produk Instrumen Penilaian layak digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Keterampilan Membaca Tahsin Al-qur‘an yang dihasilkan sesuai standar kelayakan dalam proses penilain kinerja pembelajaran tahsin untuk peserta didik kelas IV SD. Kata kunci: Al-Qur‘an, Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja, Tahsin. The purpose of this study was to develop and describe the feasibility of developing an appropriate and practical Tahsin Al-Qur'an Reading Skills Performance Assessment Instrument with the Ottoman Method in order to assess the students' reading ability of the Qur'an in grade IV elementary schools. The type of research is research and development referring to the theory of Borg and Gall. The population of this study were all high grade tahsin teachers at the Muhammadiyah Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Gunung Terang, Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The samples used were all high grade tahsin teachers, totaling 10 people. The data collection tool uses a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The assessment instrument product has been validated by material experts with a score of 95.45 in the very good category, evaluation experts with a score of 94.23 in the very good category, and a linguist with a score of 90.00 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the results of the practitioner test got an average score of 91.5 in the appropriate category. Based on the results of these studies indicate that the Assessment Instrument product is feasible to use. The results showed that the Tahsin Al-Qur'an Reading Skills Performance Assessment Instrument was produced according he feasibility standard in the process of assessing tahsin learning performance for fourth grade elementary school students.
