Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi tepung Krokot (Portulaca oleracea) terhadap total sel darah putih dan diferensial sel darah putih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Februari--Maret 2021 di Kelompok Ternak Rambon Asri, Desa Rejo Asri, Kecamatan Seputih Raman, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, Provinsi Lampung. Pemeriksaan sel darah putih dan diferensial sel darah putih dilaksanakan di Balai Veteriner Provinsi Lampung. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu ransum basal (P0), ransum basal dengan suplementasi 5% tepung Krokot (P1), ransum basal dengan suplementasi 10% tepung Krokot (P2), dan ransum basal dengan suplementasi 15% tepung Krokot (P3). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam dengan taraf nyata 5% dan apabila diperoleh hasil berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut polinomial ortogonal untuk mengetahui level pemberian tepung Krokot terbaik dalam ransum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan suplementasi tepung Krokot berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap total sel darah putih dan neutrofil, berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap total limfosit, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap monosit. Level suplementasi terbaik tepung Krokot optimum pada sel darah putih , limfosit dan neutrofil berturut-turut adalah 3,01% BK ransum, 8,34% BK ransum, 10,51% BK ransum. This study aims to determine the effect of purslane flour supplementation (Portulaca oleracea) on total white blood cells dan white blood cell differential. This research was conducted in February-March 2021 at the Rambon Asri Livestock Group, Rejo Asri Village, Seputih Raman District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. Examination of white blood cells dan white blood cell differential was carried out at the Veterinary Center of Lampung Province. The experimental design used was a completely rdanomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments dan 5 replications. The treatments were basal ration (P0), basal ration with 5% purslane flour supplementation (P1), basal ration with 10% purslane flour supplementation (P2), dan basal ration with 15% purslane flour supplementation (P3). The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance with a significance level of 5% dan if the results were significantly different, it was continued with an orthogonal polynomial further test to determine the best dose of purslane flour in the ration. The results showed that purslane flour supplementation had a significant effect (P<0.01) on total total blood cells and neutrophils, a significant effect (P<0.05) on total blood cells dan lymphocytes, but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on monocytes. The best dose of purslane flour supplementation was optimum for white blood cells, lymphocytes dan neutrophils, respectively, were 3.01% of dietary DM, 8.34% of dietary DM, 10.51% of dietary DM.
