Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Di tengah-tengah pembangunan hunian tapak secara masif di Provinsi Lampung, pembangunan hunian vertikal atau apartemen mulai diinisiasi oleh para pengembang dalam beberapa tahun belakangan. Pertumbuhan harga properti residensial yang terjadi di Bandar Lampung tidak terlepas dari permintaan tinggi para pencari properti yang melabelkan Provinsi Lampung sebagai hotspot penyedia properti. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan tersebut, pertumbuhan penduduk usia produktif di Provinsi Lampung juga terus meningkat dalam kurun waktu 2015 – 2019, kenaikan pada arus kunjungan wisatawan, bertambahnya jumlah perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Lampung, bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa. Dari kenaikan tersebut, maka dirasa tepat untuk menjadikan apartemen sebagai akomodasi alternatif, khususnya di Kota Bandar Lampung Provinsi Lampung. Apartemen yang dibangun harus menciptakan sebuah hunian yang nyaman serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan penghuninya. Menurut De Chiara, 2001, standar hunian apartemen adalah memiliki fasilitas [1] ruang tamu; [2] dapur; [3] tempat tidur; [4] kamar mandi, dan fasilitas pendukung di dalam bangunan maupun luar bangunan apartemen seperti air conditioner, fasilitas olahraga, atau fasilitas parkir sesuai dengan kebutuhan penghuni. Dalam perencanaan dan perancangan Apartemen ini, topik pembahasan memiliki fokus pada konsep rancangan yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan penggunanaya. Dengan mempertimbangan kebutuhan pengguna maka perancangan apartemen dibandar lampung ini diharapkan mampu untuk menjawab permasalahan hunian bagi mahasiswa, wisatawan, peneliti, pekerja yang belum menikah dan keluarga kecil sebagai penghuninya. Kata kunci : Apartemen, Bandar Lampung In the midst of massive residential construction in Lampung Province, the development of vertical housing or apartments has been initiated by developers in recent years. The growth in residential property prices that occurred in Bandar Lampung is inseparable from the high demand for property seekers who label Lampung Province as a property provider hotspot. Along with this growth, the growth of the productive age population in Lampung Province also continued to increase in the 2015 - 2019 period, an increase in the flow of tourist visits, an increase in the number of universities in Lampung Province, an increase in the number of students. From this increase, it is deemed appropriate to make apartments as alternative accommodation, especially in Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province. Apartments that are built must create a comfortable residence and be able to meet the needs of its residents. According to De Chiara, 2001, the standard of apartment occupancy is to have facilities [1] living room; [2] kitchen; [3] bed; [4] bathrooms, and supporting facilities inside and outside the apartment building such as air conditioners, sports facilities, or parking facilities according to residents' needs. In planning and designing this apartment, the topic of discussion focuses on design concepts that consider the needs of its users. By considering user needs, the design of this apartment in Bandar Lampung is expected to be able to answer residential problems for students, tourists, researchers, unmarried workers and small families as residents.
