Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja ujian praktik fisika terstandar yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Desain pengembangan menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model pengembangan Borg & Gall, menggunakan 7 langkah pengembangan, yakni: (1) Research and information colletion; (2) Planning; (3) Product develop Preliminary; (4) Preliminary Field Testing; (5) Main Product Revision; (6) Main Field Testing; (7) Operational Product Revision. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh 3 orang ahli, subjek uji coba kelompok kecil yaitu 30 siswa kelas X MIPA 1 SMAN 1 Seputih Surabaya dan subjek uji coba kelompok luas yaitu 90 siswa kelas X MIPA SMA 1 Seputih Surabaya. Hasil analisis data uji validasi menunjukan bahwa perangkat instrumen penilaian kinerja ujian praktik fisika terstandar valid secara kontruksi, subtansi dan bahasa dengan skor 86 %, respon kepraktisan produk oleh 4 Guru sebesar 85,7% kategori sangat tinggi, keefektifan dari hasil pepengamatan guru terhadap kinerja siswa yang meliputi 8 aspek penilaian yaitu Persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengukuran, pengamatan, analisis, penulisan laporan, penarikan kesimpulan, serta presentasi hasil. Dengan skala penskoran 1- 4 berdasarkan aspek yang muncul saat siswa melakukan kinerja ujian praktikum. Berdasarkan hasil dari ujian praktik yang dilakukan guru dalam mengamati kinerja siswa diperoleh hasil rata-rata 2,85 atau 70% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Tiap butir soal dinyatakan reliabel dengan skor Cronbach's Alpha instrumen penilaian kinerja sebesar 0,603. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen penilaian kinerja ujian praktik fisika terstandar untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswavalid, praktis, dan efektif. Kata kunci: Instrumen Terstandar, Penilaian Kinerja, Hasil Belajar iii ABSTRACT DEVELOPMENT OF PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS FOR STANDARD PHYSICS PRACTICE EXAMS FOR MEASURING STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES By DIAN PURNOMO This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective standardized physics practice test performance assessment instrument. The development design uses the Research and Development method with the Borg & Gall development model, using 7 development steps, namely: (1) Research and information collection; (2) Planning; (3) Preliminary product development; (4) Preliminary Field Testing; (5) Main Product Revision; (6) Main Field Testing; (7) Operational Product Revision. Product validation was carried out by 3 experts, the subject of the small group trial was 30 students of class X MIPA 1 SMAN 1 Seputih Surabaya and the subject of the broad group trial were 90 students of class X MIPA 1 Seputih Surabaya. The results of the validation test data analysis show that the standardized physics practice test performance assessment instrument is valid in construction, substance and language with a score of 86%, the practicality response of the product by 4 teachers is 85.7% very high category, the effectiveness of the teacher's observations on student performance which includes 8 aspects of the assessment, namely preparation, implementation, measurement, observation, analysis, report writing, drawing conclusions, and presentation of results. With a scoring scale of 1-4 based on aspects that arise when students perform practicum exam performance. Based on the results of the practical exam conducted by the teacher in observing student performance, an average result of 2.85 or 70% was obtained which was included in the very high category. Each item is declared reliable with a score of Cronbach's Alpha performance assessment instrument of 0.603. Thus, it can be concluded that the standardized physics practice test performance assessment instrument to measure student learning outcomes is valid, practical, and effective.
