Dikalsium Fosfat Dihidrate (DCPD) merupakan salah satu produk industri kimia yang digunakan sebagai bahan campuran pakan ternak. DCPD direncanakan akan didirikan di daerah kawasan industri Gersik, Jawa Timur dengan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan bahan baku, tujun pemasaran dan sarana transportasi yang memadai. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi DCPD sebanyak 160.000 ton/tahun beroperasi secara kontinyu dengan waktu opersi 24 jam/hari dan 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Asam Fosfat (HPO) sebanyak 91.100,8 ton/tahun dan Kalsium Hidroksida (Ca((OH) ) 68876,8 ton/tahun.Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik berupa sistem pengolahan dan penyediaan air, sistem penyediaan steam, cooling water, dan sistem pembangkit tenaga listrik. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak sebanyak 145 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 876.8395.037.169,785 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 154.657.947.735,844 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 1.031.052.984.905,630 Break Even Point (BEP) = 40,06 % Shut Down Point (SDP) = 26,49 % Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 1,02 years Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 1,40 years Return onInvestment before taxes (ROI)b = 37,565 % Return onInvestment after taxes (ROI)a = 30,052 % Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 30,83% Berdasarkan beberapa paparan di atas, maka pendirian pabrik DCPD ini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dari sisi ekonomi dan mempunyai prospek yang relatif cukup baik. Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate (DCPD) is one of the chemical industry products that is used as livestocks feed addition. DCPD is planned to be established in the industrial area of Gersik, Jawa Timur with consideration of the availability of raw material, marketing purposes, and adequate transportation facilities. The plant is plant is planned to produc DCPD 160.000 tons/year, with time operation 24 hours/day and 330 days on year. The raw material which use are phosphoric acid 91.100,8 tons/year and calcium hidroxide (Ca((OH)) 68876,8 tons/year. Provision of utility plant needs are water supply,air instrumentation, hot oil, cooling water, and power generator. The form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using a line of organizational structure and staff with a total of 145 employees.
