Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui soft skill kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) dan Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PG PAUD) Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Parameter soft skill yang diamati adalah possitive self concept, self control, social skill, communication skill, dan high order thinking skill. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data Presentase dan Rasch Model. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 320 mahasiswa dengan sample sebanyak 150 mahasiswa, diambil secara simple random sampling menggunakan skala kesiapan kerja. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Program Studi PGSD dan Program Studi PG PAUD memiliki kecenderungan kesiapan kerja tinggi yaitu, Program Studi PGSD 81% (81 mahasiswa) dan Program Studi PG PAUD 86% (43 mahasiswa). Soft skill kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program Studi PGSD dan Program Studi PG PAUD yang rendah yaitu self control. Kata Kunci: Soft Skill, Kesiapan Kerja, PGSD, PG PAUD. This research aimed to determine the soft skills of employabikity of Final Year Students in Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) and Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program (PG PAUD) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. Soft skill parameters observed were positive self concept, self control, social skills, communication skills, and high order thinking skills. Methods that used in this research are descriptive quantitative survey, with the data analysis techniques of Percentage and Rasch Model. Sum of population in this research were 320 students with a sample of 150 students taken by simple random sampling technique. The result of this research showed that Student of PGSD Study Program and PG PAUD Study Program had a high tendency for employability, namely PGSD Study Program 81% (81 students) and PG PAUD Study Program 86% (43 students). Final year students of Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) and Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program (PG PAUD) had a low value of Self Control.
