ii ABSTRACT PROCUREMENT OF RAW MATERIALS, MAIN COST OF PRODUCTION, AND INCOME OF CASSAVA CHIPS AGROINDUSTRY IN PUNGGUR SUB-DISTRICT CENTER LAMPUNG REGENCY By Mela Oktiviharti The purpose of this study is to determine the procurement of raw materials, main cost of production, and income of Cassava Chips Agroindustry in Punggur SubDistrict, Central Lampung Regency. This research was conducted in April-June 2020 with a case study method. Respondents of this study are owners and employees. There are 4 cassava chips agroindustries in Punggur District, namely Cap Mawar Bersemi, Canala, Sunarsih Chips, and Castello. Furthermore, To analyze the procurement of raw materials using the right six method, namely on time, right place, the right type, right quantity, right quality, and the right price. To find the cost of goods manufactured in this study, using two methods, namely the full costing method and the variable costing method. Then, to analyze income using agroindustry income analysis. The results of this research show that from the four cassava chips agroindustry in Punggur District, there are some agroindustries that have not fulfilled the raw material procurement based on the right six method, the Castello Agroindustry is not right in quantity, right place and on time, Cap Mawar Bersemi and Canala Agroindustry has not the right place. The cost of production in the cassava chips agroindustry in Punggur District is less than the selling price so that the agro-industry still experiences profits, which ranges from Rp.3,224.23-Rp.4,371.90/pack (200 gr). The income from Cassava Chips Agroindustry in Punggur District is in the range of Rp.135,401.04-Rp.315,371.86/production, while the monthly income is between Rp.2,166.416.61-Rp.7,568,924.67. Finally, cassava chips agroindustry is a profitable business unit. Key words: Agroindustry, Cost of Production, Income. iii ABSTRAK PENGADAAN BAHAN BAKU, HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DAN PENDAPATAN AGROINDUSTRI KERIPIK UBI KAYU DI KECAMATAN PUNGGUR KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH Oleh Mela Oktiviharti Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengadaan bahan baku, harga pokok produksi dan pendapatan Agroindustri Keripik Ubi Kayu di Kecamatan Punggur Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan AprilJuni 2020 dengan metode studi kasus. Responden dari penelitian ini yaitu pemilik dan karyawan. Terdapat 4 agroindustri keripik ubi kayu di Kecamatan Punggur, yaitu Agroindustri Cap Mawar Bersemi, Canala, Keripik Sunarsih dan Castello. Untuk menganalisis pengadaan bahan baku menggunakan metode 6 tepat yaitu tepat waktu, tepat tempat, tepat jenis, tepat kuantitas, tepat kualitas, dan tepat harga. Untuk mencari harga pokok produksi pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode full costing. Untuk menganalisis pendapatan menggunakan analisis pendapatan agroindustri. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dari ke empat agroindustri keripik ubi kayu di Kecamatan Punggur terdapat beberapa agroindustri yang belum memenuhi pengadaan bahan baku jika ditinjau dari 6 tepat, yaitu Agroindustri Castello belum tepat kuantitas, tepat tempat dan tepat waktu, Agroindustri Cap Mawar Bersemi dan Canala belum tepat tempat. Harga pokok produksi pada agroindustri keripik ubi kayu di Kecamatan Punggur kurang dari harga jual sehingga agroindustri masih mengalami keuntungan yaitu berkisar antara Rp3.224,23 - Rp4.371,90/bungkus (200 gr). Pendapatan dari Agroindustri Keripik Ubi Kayu di Kecamatan Punggur yaitu berkisar antara Rp135.401,04-Rp315.371,86 per produksi, sedangkan pendapatan per bulan yaitu berkisar antara Rp2.166.416,61-Rp7.568.924,67. Usaha agroindustri keripik ubi kayu merupakan unit usaha yang menguntungkan. Keyword : Agroindustri, Harga Pokok Produksi, Pendapatan.
