Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kopi luwak merupakan salah satu produk olahan kopi yang dihasilkan dari fermentasi biji kopi didalam perut binatang luwak. Harga yang tinggi membuat pelaku usaha memilih membuka usaha ini. Pelaku usaha kopi luwak sama halnya dengan pelaku usaha lainnya yang membutuhkan kompetensi kewirausahaan dalam mengelola usaha. Adanya kompetensi kewirausahaan membuat pelaku usaha kopi luwak dapat menemukan nilai dari sebuah ide dan menunjukkan kinerja yang bagus serta keuntungan maksimum dalam mengelola usaha. Pelaku usaha kopi luwak yang berada di Kabupaten Lampung Barat sudah memiliki kompetensi yang seharusnya dimiliki. Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha kopi luwak di Kabupaten Lampung Barat antara lain ialah kompetensi peluang, kompetensi organisasi, kompetensi strategi, kompetensi hubungan, kompetensi konseptual dan kompetensi komitmen. Adanya kompetensi kewirausahaan membantu pelaku usaha untuk bersaing secara lokal dan global. Ketimpangan keadaan usaha yang terjadi di industri kopi luwak menunjukkan penyerapan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha belum sepenuhnya terserap. Masih terdapat kompetensi yang belum dimunculkan secara maksimal oleh pelaku usaha. Keadaan industri usaha kopi luwak yang terus mengalami penurunan tidak memungkinkan munculnya wirausaha baru. Sebab angka konsumsi yang menurun dan munculnya tren kopi lain seperti kopi lanang ataupun kopi gajah membuat calon pengusaha kopi memilih jenis olahan kopi lainnya. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Kewirausahaan, Kopi Luwak, UMKM ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCE IN MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM CIVET COFFEE ENTREPRENEURS IN WEST LAMPUNG By Tumara Tiarantika Luwak coffee is one of the processed coffee products produced from fermenting coffee beans in the stomach of the civet animal. The high price makes business actors choose to open this business. Civet coffee business actors are the same as other business actors who require entrepreneurial competence in managing their business. Entrepreneurial competence allows civet coffee entrepreneurs to find the value of an idea and show good performance and maximum profit in managing the business. The civet coffee industry regent in West Lampung already has the abilities it deserves. The competencies possessed by civet coffee business actors in West Lampung Regency include opportunity competence, organizational competence, strategic competence, relationship competence, conceptual competence and commitment competence. Entrepreneurial competence helps business actors to compete locally and globally. Inequality of business conditions that occur in the civet coffee industry shows that the absorption of competencies possessed by business actors has not been fully absorbed. There are still competencies that have not been maximized by business actors. The state of the civet coffee business industry which continues to decline does not allow the emergence of new entrepreneurs. Because the declining consumption rate and the emergence of other coffee trends such as lanang coffee or elephant coffee make prospective coffee entrepreneurs choose other types of processed coffee.
