Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi petani padi terhadap program Billing System serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Cinta Mulya, Kecamatan Candipuro, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan Kecamatan Candipuro merupakan kecamatan pertama yang melaksanakan program Billing System. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Responden merupakan 30 petani padi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi petani padi terhadap program Billing System tergolong dalam klasifikasi tinggi, tidak ada keterlambatan pendistribusian pupuk, harga pupuk sesuai dengan harga eceran tertinggi (HET), jumlah pupuk yang diterima sesuai dengan jumlah yang dipesan petani, dengan adanya program tersebut membuat petani aktif dalam kelompok, namun pada aspek administrasi yaitu pengumpulan RDKK secara online terkadang membuat petani kesulitan untuk melaksanakannya. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan persepsi petani adalah adalah tingkat pengetahuan (X 2 ) dan tingkat motivasi (X ). Kata kunci : persepsi, billing system This research aims to determine the perception of rice farmers on the Billing System program and the factors related to the farmers' perceptions. This research was conducted in Cinta Mulya Village, Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency. The research location was chosen purposively with the consideration that Candipuro District was the first sub-district to implement the Billing System program. This research used a survey method, descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach and Spearman Rank correlation test. Respndentsn were 30 rice farmers. The results showed that rice farmers' perceptions of the billing system program were classified as high, there wasn't any delay in the distribution of fertilizer, the price of fertilizer was following the highest retail price (HET), the amount of fertilizer received was following the amount ordered by the farmer, with the program held, it triggered farmers to be active in groups, however in the administrative aspect, the online collection of RDKK sometimes make the farmers difficult to implement. Significantly related factors to farmers' perceptions are the level of knowledge (X 2 ) and level of motivation (X ). Key words: perception, billing system 3
