Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pengaruh pesatnya ilmu dan teknologi semakin memberi kemudahan seseorang pada semua langkah atau kegiatan, karena itu pada hakikatnya teknologi telah membantu memberikan kemudahan pada manusia untuk mencapai tujuan. Namun kondisi tersebut menyebabkan seseorang mengalami kekurangan gerak (hipokinetik) jika hal tersebut dibiarkan akan timbul berbagai penyakit penurunan fungsi (degeneratif) seperti fungsi tulang, otot, otak, sistem pencernaan dan penyakit lainnya. Dari fenomena itulah peneliti bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan motorik siswa sekolah dasar perkotaan dan pedesaan. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan metode survei dalam bentuk tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Test of Gross Motor Development-Second Edition (TGMD-2) yang tesnya terdiri dari: subtes locomotor (run, gallop, hop, leap, horizontal jump, slide) dan subtes object control (striking a stationary ball, stationary dribble, catch, kick, overhand throw, underhand roll). Sampel penlitian berjumlah 72 siswa terdiri dari 36 laki-laki dan 36 perempuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik siswa putra perkotaan memiliki rata-rata skor 103 berada pada kategori baik. Kemampuan motorik siswa putra pedesaan memiliki rata-rata skor 95,5 berada pada kategori baik. Kemampuan motorik siswa putri perkotaan memiliki rata-rata skor 100,5 berada pada kategori baik. Kemampuan motorik siswa putri pedesaan memiliki rata-rata skor 88,67 berada pada kategori di cukup. Dilihat dari rata-rata skor yang diperoleh siswa, bahwa kemampuan motorik siswa SD daerah perkotaan lebih baik dibandingkan siswa SD daerah pedesaan. The influence of the rapid development of science and technology has made it easier for a person in all steps or activities, because of that technology has essentially helped make it easier for humans to achieve goals. However, this condition causes a person to experience a lack of movement (hypokinetic) if left unchecked, various degenerative diseases such as the function of bones, muscles, brain, digestive system and other diseases will arise. From this phenomenon, the researcher aims to describe the motor skills of urban and rural elementary school students. This research is descriptive quantitative, with survey methods in the form of tests and measurements. The instrument used is the Test of Gross Motor Development- Second Edition (TGMD-2) whose tests consist of:subtest locomotor (run, gallop, hop, leap, horizontal jump, slide) and subtest object control (striking a stationary ball, stationary dribble, catch, kick, overhand throw, underhand roll). The research sample consisted of 72 students consisting of 36 males and 36 females. Analysis technique The data used quantitative descriptive analysis with percentages. The results showed that the motor skills of urban male students had an average score of 103 in the good category. The motor skills of rural male students have an average score of 95.5 in the good category. The motor skills of urban female students have an average score of 100.5 in the good category. The motor skills of rural female students have an average score of 88.67 in the sufficient category. Judging from the average score obtained by students, the motor skills of elementary school students in urban areas are better than elementary students in rural areas.
