The Maju Sejahtera Livestock Production Cooperative is a livestock cooperative consisting of cattle farmers. This study aims to analyze the economic benefits of cooperatives, income structure, welfare, and the factors that affect the welfare of cooperative members. The research is conducted at the Maju Sejahtera Livestock Production Cooperative, Tanjungsari Sub-District, South Lampung Regency as the consideration that the cooperative is active running the business units. Furthermore, the number of research samples is 41 households selected with a simple random sampling method. Analysis of the data uses quantitative descriptions, namely the analysis of the economic benefits of cooperatives, household income structure, welfare, and logit models. The results show that the total economic benefits of cooperatives received by members are low, the largest contribution to income is farm income of 56.22% while the economic benefits of cooperatives are only 1.01%. Based on the poverty line category from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2018, cooperative members are already in the prosperous category. Finally, the household income has a positive effect while the number of family dependents have a negative effect on the welfare of members Keywords: income structure, the economic benefits of cooperative, welfare. Koperasi Produksi Ternak Maju Sejahtera merupakan koperasi peternakan yang beranggotakan peternak sapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat ekonomi koperasi, struktur pendapatan, kesejahteraan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan anggota koperasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Koperasi Produksi Ternak Maju Sejahtera Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dengan pertimbangan bahwa koperasi tersebut aktif dalam menjalankan unit-unit usaha. Sampel penelitian adalah 41 rumah tangga yang dipilih secara acak sederhana. Analisis data yang digunakan deskripsi kuantitatif yaitu analisis manfaat ekonomi koperasi, struktur pendapatan rumah tangga, kesejahteraan dan model logit.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) total manfaat ekonomi koperasi yang diterima anggota rendah, (2) kontribusi pendapatan terbesar berasal dari pendapatan on farm sebesar 56,22% sedangkan manfaat ekonomi koperasi hanya sebesar 1,01%, (3) berdasarkan kategori garis kemiskinan Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2018, anggota koperasi sudah dalam kategori sejahtera. Pendapatan rumah tangga berpengaruh positif sedangkan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesejahteraan anggota.
