Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) di SMP Negeri 23 Krui sekolah daerah 3T (Terdepan, Terluar dan Tertinggal). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumen. Sumber data dari penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang dengan key informan kepala sekolah, dan informan wakil kepala, 2 orang guru, 2 orang peserta didik, komite sekolah, operator sekolah, operator dinas, kepala sekolah SMP dan kepala sekolah SD. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Perencanaan dilakukan dengan memuat 6 (enam) unsur, yaitu: the what, the why, the where, the when, the who, dan the how. Perencanaan ANBK di SMP Negeri 23 Krui ini harus memberikan jawaban kepada 6 (enam) hal tersebut 2). Pengoragnisasian dilakukan dengan pembentukan panitia ANBK, sarana dan prasarana dalam kegiatan ANBK, dan pembagian waktu kegiatan ANBK. 3). Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan motivasi, memimpin, penataan staff dan koordinasi. 4). Pengawasan dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat, efesiensi, efektivitas dan stakeholder. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, asesmen nasional berbasis komputer (ANBK), sekolah daerah 3T (terdepan, terluar, tertinggal) ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of the Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) at SMP Negeri 23 Krui, 3T regional schools (frontier, outermost and least developed). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and document study. Sources of data from this study amounted to 11 people with key informants the principal, and the deputy head informant, 2 teachers, 2 students, school committees and school operators. Data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1). Planning is done by containing 6 (six) elements, namely: the what, the why, the where, the when, the who, and the how. 2). Organization is carried out by establishing the ANBK committee, facilities and infrastructure in ANBK activities, and dividing the time for ANBK activities. 3). Actuating is carried out with motivation, leadership, staff arrangement and coordination. 4). Controlling is carried out to determine the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, efficiency, effectiveness and stakeholders.
