Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis kondisi dan potensi pembelajaran yang telah berlangsung untuk dikembangkannya modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik berbasis Paradigma Peadagogi Reflektif materi moral hidup, 2) menjelaskan proses pengembangan modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik berbasis Paradigma Peadagogi Reflektif materi moral hidup, 3) menganalisa tanggapan mengenai kualitas pengembangan modul pembelajaran mata kuliah Agama Katolik berbasis Paradigma Peadagogi Reflektif materi moral hidup ditinjau dari segi kelayakan isi, kelayakan bahasa, kelayakan penyajian, kelayakan kegrafikaan, dan kesesuaian dengan karakteristik pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil modifikasi Dick and Carey. Penelitian ini didasari kebutuhan tersedianya bahan ajar modul yang dapat dipergunakan oleh pendidik sebagai buku penunjang dalam proses pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pendidik yang mengajar mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Katolik pada perguruan tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan angket. Hasil dai penelitian ini adalah modul pembelajaran mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Katolik berbasis Paradigma Pedagogi Reflektif materi moral hidup. Kualitas modul termasuk valid dan layak dengan hasil 95% dari ahli materi, 88% dari ahli media pembelajaran, 90% dari ahli desain, 90% dari uji pengajar mata kuliah pendidikan Agama Katolik. This study aims to 1) analyze the conditions and potential of learning that has taken place for the development of a learning module for Catholic Religious Education based on the Reflective Pedagogy Paradigm for living morals, 2) explaining the process of developing a learning module for Catholic Religious Education based on the Reflective Pedagogy Paradigm for living morals, 3) analyzing comments regarding the quality of the development of learning modules for Catholic Religion courses based on the Reflective Pedagogy Paradigm of living moral material in terms of content feasibility, language feasibility, presentation feasibility, graphic feasibility, and suitability with learning characteristics. This study uses the development method used based on the results of the modification of Dick and Carey. This research is based on the need for the availability of module teaching materials that can be used by educators as supporting books in the learning process. The subjects of this research are educators who teach Catholic Religious Education courses at universities. Data collection techniques by means of interviews and questionnaires. The result of this research is the learning module for the Catholic Religious Education course based on the Reflective Pedagogy Paradigm of living moral material. The quality of the module is valid and feasible with the results of 95% from material experts, 88% from learning media experts, 90% from design experts, 90% from teaching tests for Catholic religious education courses.
