Binary logistic regression analysis is a statistical technique used to see the effect of the independent variable on a dependent variable, where the dependent variable is a binary scale with two categories. In contrast, the independent variable can be categorical or continuous. Using binary logistic regression analysis, this study aims to predict what variables affect the Female Labor Force Participation (FLFP) in Indonesia. The result shows that the variable education level of women who graduated from general high school and the variable of working women's productive age is 35-54 years old per province is proven to influence FLFP with a classification accuracy of 76.67%. This study also examines the effect of sample size on binary logistic regression models by performing data simulations. The simulation results show that the model has a constant apparent error rate (APER) value as the sample size increases, so we can conclude that the sample size does not affect the estimation of the binary logistic regression model. Keywords: binary logistic regression, apparent error rate, female labor force participation.
