ABSTRAK PENGARUH SIFAT KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA AGROINDUSTRI TAHU DI KECAMATAN GADING REJO KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU Oleh SAKA WIDIANSYAH Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sifat kewirausahaan yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan Agroindustri usaha tahu di Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Responden terdiri dari 30 pemilik usaha tahu dengan metode pengambilan data sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada September hingga Oktober 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat kewirausahaan berpengaruh nyata terhadap keberhasilan usaha tahu yang meliputi sifat : Sifat keluwesan bergaul (X1), sifat kerja keras (X3) dan sifat kejujuran (X7). Keberlanjutan usaha dalam hal pencatatan keuangan dipengaruhi oleh Sifat kerja keras (X3), sifat kreatif (X6) dan sifat kejujuran (X7), Keberlanjutan usaha dalam hal memiliki izin usaha dipengaruhi oleh Sifat inovatif (X5) dan sifat kejujuran (X7), Keberlanjutan usaha dalam hal melakukan promosi dipengaruhi oleh Sifat keluwesan bergaul (X1) dan sifat inovatif (X5). Kata kunci: Agroindustri tahu, Keberhasilan usaha, Sifat kewirausahaan. ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP PERSONALITY ON AGROINDUSTRY BUSINESS SUCCESS KNOW IN GADING REJO PRINGSEWU REGENCY By SAKA WIDIANSYAH The purpose of this study was to analyze the entrepreneurial personality that affects the business success and sustainability of the tofu agroindustry in Gading Rejo, Pringsewu Regency. Respondents consisted of 30 business owners of tofu agroindustry using Non Probability Sampling data collection method, namely census. Data collection was carried out from September to October 2020. The results showed that the entrepreneurial personality had a significant effect on the success of the tofu business which included the following characteristics: sociability (X1), hard work (X3) and honesty (X7). Business continuity in terms of financial records is influenced by the personality of hard work (X3), creativity (X6) and honesty (X7). Business continuity in terms of having a business license is influenced by innovative (X5) and honesty (X7). In terms of doing promotions, it is influenced by sociability (X1) and innovative (X5).
