Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis indikator etos kerja dan aspek yang melatar belakangi terbentuknya etos kerja pengusaha kuliner Etnis Tionghoa di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan. Etnis Tionghoa memiliki konstribusi yang besar dalam perkembangan ekonomi kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan yaitu observasi non-partisipan, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkannya tanpa menjadi bagian dari situasi yang terjadi dan wawancara secara mendalam. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis menurut Miles dan Huberman yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu para pengusaha kuliner Etnis Tionghoa di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan etos kerja yang dimiliki oleh pengusaha kuliner Etnis Tionghoa di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan berbeda-beda pada tiap pengusaha yaitu pengusaha kuliner Bakpao dan Siomay Oyen etos kerja yang menonjol adalah sikap tanggung jawab faktor yang membentuk etos kerjanya adalah faktor budaya, pengusaha Khongklok 56 etos kerja yang menonjol adalah disiplin faktor pembentuk etos kerjanya adalah agama, pengusaha El’s Coffe etos kerja yang menonjol adalah kerja keras faktor pembentuk etos kerjanya adalah faktor pendidikan, pengusaha Empe-empe 123 etos kerja yang dominan adalah menjunjung nilai budaya faktor pembentuk etos kerjanya adalah faktor budaya, pengusaha Encim Gendut etos kerja yang paling menonjol ditunjukan dengan sikap bekerja keras faktor pembentuknya adalah faktor pendidikan, pengusaha Mie Lampung etos kerja yang tinggi ditunjukan dengan sikap bekerja dengan keras penuh dengan ketekunan yang tinggi faktor pembentuk etos kerjanya adalah budaya. Kata Kunci : etos kerja, pengusaha kuliner, Etnis Tionghoa This study aim is to analyze the indicators of work ethic and the aspects behind the formation of the work ethic of Chinese culinary entrepreneurs in Teluk Betung Selatan District. Chinese ethnicity has a big contribution in economic development of Bandar Lampung city. The research method used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were ethnic Chinese culinary entrepreneurs in Teluk Betung Selatan District. The results of the study found that the work ethic of ethnic Chinese culinary entrepreneurs in Teluk Betung Selatan District was different for each entrepreneurs, namely Bakpao and Siomay Oyen culinary entrepreneurs factors that shape his work ethic are cultural factors, entrepreneur Khongklok 56 the most prominent work ethic is discipline, the dominant work ethic is religious, El's Coffe entrepreneur, the most prominent work ethic is hard work, the factor forming the work ethic is education, Empe-empe 123 entrepreneur, the dominant work ethic is upholding cultural values. work is a cultural factor, Encim Gendut entrepreneur, the most prominent work ethic is shown by the attitude of working hard, the forming factor is the education factor, the Lampung Noodle entrepreneur has a high work ethic, which is shown by the attitude of working hard and full of perseverance.
